Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - New work (two or more coats ) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer.

Providing, driving and installing driven cast -in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M-25 of specified diameter and length below the pile cap, to carry safe working load not less than specified , excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of shoe and the length of pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. all complete. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured from top of shoe to the bottom of pile cap) - 450 mm dia piles
