To this surface apply chemical polycrete admixture at the rate not less than 2% by weight of cement and providing minimum 30 mm thick (average thickness) guniting mix (using 1 part of ordinary portland cement 53 Grade and 2 parts of sand mixed with adhessive/admixture at the rate as directed) with a pressure of 2 to 2.5 kg per sqcm by guniting machine and surfaces finished even and fair, includig necessary padding, shuttering /formwork and applying 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) and removing the debris outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed. Supply & Fixing of Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/sqmm, modules of elasticity 900 N/sqmm and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and making sunken treatment in sunken portion to maintain the slope towards the spout including applying the under mentioned course complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Surface shall be polyester wire brushed, cleaned, washed, dried up properly. (b) 15 mm thick plastering over floor & vertical sides/surfaces up to finished floor level +100mm height in 1:4 mixed with liquid water profing compound @ 200ml per 50 kg of cement trowelled to even and smooth finish without using extra cement including rounding of corners and junctions slopping towards spout. (c) apply two coats of acrylic polymer modified elastomeric water proofing coating (mixture of liquid polymer component and a cementitious powder) as per manufacturers instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level +100mm height, the thickness of each layer shall be 1 mm when the second layer is still, sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface. (d) Filling the sunken portion with water for 72 hrs and carrying out the ponding test (Any leakage / seepage noticed shall be repaired). Note:- (i) This treatment shall be done by the approved authorized applicators (ii) WPC shall be paid and measured separately under relevant item
