Cleaning of PVC water tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. of capacity not exceeding 500 litres including chemical treatment with Anti-bacterial agent consisting of following process: - Dewatering the tank with submersible pump, de-silting and removing of left over dirty water up to 100 to 150 mm in the bottom of the tank and sludge with special sludge pump, cleaning of walls and ceiling with special mechanized high pressure jet machines by rotary jet system at 100-120 Bar pressure (120 kg /sq cm) which dislodges the layer of dirt, algae, fungus stuck on its surface usage of scrubbing machines for old stains and cleaning chemicals if required of make Eureka Forbes Ltd, floor of the dirty tank should be thoroughly cleaned up by fry jet cleaner to accumulate all dirt ,the remaining sludge should than be removed by sludge pumps, the dirt silt and other foreign material should further be removed by Industrial Vacuum Cleaners to make the floor totally dirt free, application/spraying of Anti-Bacterial chemicals to ensure total sterilization of tank from the inside, inside of the tank should be treated with specially developed 4 ft long ultraviolet Radiator to kill further floating bacteria/virus in order to make the tank totally clean, bacteria free and safe for storage of drinking water. All the above operations should be executed by trained workers and technicians, properly dressed along with gum boots, to work as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls including cornices, pilastered or unplastered surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, to remove dust, dirt and loose scales of lime wash and other foreign material including screws, scrapping down, smoke soot, moulds, mass and effloresent salts and treating out greasy spots and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper on old decorated surfaces of walls etc, complete, all as specified & as directed.

M&L complete removal of existing treatment including cleaning of motar drops, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc and applying two coats of OBD of approved shade/tint with alkali fungal & resistant primer over a coat of 2 mm thick wall care putty on walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plaster surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted wood or wooden surfaces, of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 conforming to IS 15658: 2021 grade with approved colour, design and pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness, size and shape, made by table vibratory method using polyurethane mould, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 25 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand having gradation as per IRC SP 63: 2018 and 2 to 4 mm wide joints filled with fine sand having gradation as per IRC SP 63: 2018, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of any size, top bullnosed shape, made of M-25 (Design Mix) grade cement concrete, in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing false ceiling using non asbestos fibre cement board of size 600x600x4mm and GI snap grid frame complete all as specified and directed. Frame work : (i) GI angle of size 25x25mm screwed fixed to the permimeter of the wall at a level /height as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Main "T" runners : Sections (3600 mm long)with 'H' slots at 150mm/300mm centre in its vertical flange to hold the cross 'T' sections are suspended from the soffits with the help of the rawl plug, soffit cleats and GI wire (4 mm dia) at 1200 mm c/c. These sections also have notch at its both ends to increase the length. (iii) Cross 'T' runner : Sections of 1200 mm length with 'H' slot in the centre and notches at the both ends are inserted fixed into the main 'T' at 600 mm c/c to form a regular grid of 600x1200mm cross "T" section of 600 mm length is inserted fixed into the 1200 mm cross "T" to form a regular grid of 600x600mm. Note: Non asbestos fibre cement board shall be measured and paid seperately under respevctive item of BoQ.

Cleaning of chocked /blocked sewage lines of any bore , of any description by taking out loose sediment sand ,grit, ash, sludge ,rags, fibres or vegetation from the following depth of sewage line by rodding / by mechanical means and well flushing with adequate water including removal of sludge /debris to a distance exc 250 m but nex 500m and buried under ground including making approch to blocked sewage line by cutting of busses,grass vegitation of any type required at site etc complete all as as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following depths :-

Upto 1.00 M depth

Exceeding 1.00 M and n exc 1.5 M depth

Exceeding 1.5 M and n exc 3.00 M depth

Opening & cleaning of blockage from kitchen /bath traps or WC any pattern by rodding or manually upto and including Ist manhole and making it functional complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Cleaning of manholes of any size but depth not exc 1.5 M deep mechanically or manually by taking of sludge/any deletrious material from the existing manhole and removing the sludge to a distance beyond 2.00 KM from the habitation in sealed container and depositing the same all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

All as per item No - 135 but depth of man hole exc. 1.5 mtr and n. exc. 3 mtr deep.

M &L for Punchering existing RCC /SGSW pipe line of any dia and at any places between manholes for cleaning blockage in pipes including necessary exavation , returning , filling in and removal of soil and making good punchered area with CM 1:1, including cutting/clearing away grass vegetation , saplings, shrubs ,brushwood ,undergrowth ,roots ,along pipe lines both sides upto a distance 2 m complete all specified as directed.
