Comprehensive AMC of 250KVA, 3-phase 415 volts, Servo Controlled Automatic Voltage Stabilizers including routine checkup of the equipment during AMC period by the trained technician/ Engineer by way of opening the control panel tightening of all the connections, earthing checking the level of transformer oil, filling the shortfall oil if required. The comprehensive AMC shall include the cost of oil for proper maintenance/cooling of the stabilizer, Cost of the repair and replacement of all the parts such as motors, control Circuits, relays, MCCB, painting, control wiring, AVR etc as and when required including the rewinding of the windings as and when required. (The contractor is required to visit the site and check the position of stabilizers before bidding. Moreover there are frequent variations in the system voltage during peak Summer and winter load which results the damage of the motor, relays, control circuits, AVR,MCCBs etc. including major breakdown i.e damage of winding of the stabilizer,dimmer system etc. Therefore the bidder are required to quote the rates accordingly.)
