Order against the tender shall be placed on the manufacturers or its authorized agents who have successfully supplied either a) 3 Solar based CCTV cameras against any single order. Or b) 4 Solar based CCTV cameras against multiple orders, on cumulative basis to Zonal Railways/PUs/CORE/PSUs/Other Central Govt. Department/Metro Railway, in last three financial year and current financial year up to the date of tender opening. (Note : Please also refer the other conditions related with implementation and applicability of eligibility criteria that are mentioned in Para 1.1 of general conditions of tender in section-II of NWR tender condition(SBD)). Developmental order against thsi tender will not be placed.
Traders/dealers will submit tender specific OEM authorization with their offer.
Authorized agents/traders (offering product on behalf of OEM) will not be allowed to seek EMD exempted based on their own MSE certificate.
