Crown all teeth's re shaping by grinding and its alignment checking on machine

Gear box all pinions bearing bodies cover etc complete cleaning and washing for complete checking

K-800 gear box complete assembly dismantling with the help of pullers and hydraulic jack part

Output shaft oil seal new supply and fixing

Cl casting bearing side cover new making as per sample with casting machining drilling grooving shaping etc

K-800 gear box output shaft internal pinion damaged and washout teeths repairing and rebuild up and increasing by special teeth making 680 steel electrode and machining as per size on lathe machine and teeth cutting on milling machine a good as per required matching size of conveyor chain drive shaft teeths size of teeths is 12mm width x 130mm length x 12 mm height.

Complete gear box assembly all pinion re fitting assembling tightening bearing setting pinion machining and commissioning trail testing etc.

Gear box upper and lower casting tightening studs new making as per required size with nuts and spring washer by high tension steel rod

Gear box repair kit like O ring gasket packing lock body threads cleaning surface polishing bolts nuts etc.

Complete gear box rust and dust cleaning and body painting

Gear box upper body inspection cover new making as per size by MS plate 18 x10" x 5" provide gas cutting drilling threading bolting with packing

Providing roller bearing No. NJ2322E

Providing roller bearing No. 30222

K-800 gearbox input bevel pinion bearing housing fabrication as per exsiting sample with cast iron casting, machining, threading, grooving, sizing as per size & samlple

Dismantling of fluid coupling

Boring oversize the coupling housing bearing set and re boring it to suit to its bearing as per original fitment

Reassembling unit after repair done with packing "O" ring gasket solution

Cracked portion inner housing brazing with special Aluminum rods machining Y finishing as per original shape & profile including rethreadingall the holes as per the size of bolt

Conveyor chain and Tail end adjuster jack screw shaft new making as per requirement size & measurement taken from at site size - 760mmx 60mm in full thread with one end seat making and other end squre head (L.H & R.H side)

Heavy duty check nut & lock nut new making for above jack screw shaft of L.H. & R.H. side

Assembling and commissioning of both side adjuster jack screw shaft with nuts according to proper measurement & alignment setting chain tensioning by L.H & R.H shift & Trail testing

Fabrication of 24 teeth breaking bolt (connecting pinion shaft )as per sample & required size ,including high level precession machining and heat treatment for proper matching with output shaft gearbox and the splined ring of primary crusher roller (Sample for the work will be provided departmentally Fabrication as per existing sample with Mild Steel (N-24) casting, machining, threading grooving, sizing as per size & sample

Fabrication of pin and rubber bush coupling Assembly in connection with secondary gearbox and motor of feeder breaker no- 2.
