Material and labour for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20 mm graded trap stone agg) as in cover slab set and jointed in CM 1:4 including necessary form work all as specified and directed. ( steel shall be measured and paid seperately).

Material and labour for TMT steel bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending, hooking for ends and binding with mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast Cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks,exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4., complete type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded aggregate ) all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone agg) as in path/road cutting portion/coping including necessary form work all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of gully trap / Nahani trap / water closet up to 1st manhole from ground floor to third floor by rodding as directed and removing the debris all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of septic tank / Soak well by bailing out sewage and night soil / sludge into closed containers and depositing the same outside campus including cleaning the septic tank with water all as specified and directed.
