Demolition of Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) in Ground Floors and Pavings not exc. 150mm thickness (above or below Ground Level), complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brick Work built in Cement Mortar including all Quoins, Arches, Pillars, etc. of any descriptions, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster of any description on Brick Walls, Concrete Surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with Water, remove dust, debries/ rubbish, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 Metre wide and not exc. 1.50 Metre in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exc. 10 Sqm on plan and not exc. 1.50 Metre in depth and getting out as in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, Filling in, including Spreading, Levelling, Watering and Well Ramming in Layers not exc. 25 Cm as in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 250m but n exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Precast reinforced cement concrete Type B-1 (1:2:4) (Using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes, drain etc.) chullah hoods and similar articles with plain faces with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match the existing complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Necessary form work shall deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of these schedule.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete type B-1, (1:2:4) (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Coping bed plate,hold fast etc,block benching,channeling slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating including form work and finishing all exposed faces of cement concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped end etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Add or deduct to above for each 25 mm girth or part there of over or under 30cm etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Plain Cement concrete type C-2 (1:3:6) using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain Cement concrete type C-2 (1:3:6) using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Fly ash bricks pulverizes using class 'A 'old size bricks straigth or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:4) cmplete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for Fly ash bricks pulverizes using class 'A 'old size bricks straigth or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:4) cmplete all as specified and directed. Note :- Retrieved bricks obtain from demolition items

M&L for TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (anealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Stripping of old tarfelt including layer of plaster or morter of any type treatement carefully from roof surfaces (without damage of roof) and roughening of surface of old concrete roofing by picking sweeping cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust as directed and specified.

Materials and labour for 20 mm thick screed bed of bedding layer in CM 1:4 surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement for padding including neat cement slurry @ 3.0 kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chase, pinning in making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of laddings, steps, cills, sushades, shelves, lintels etc and cutting chase for concealed water tubing or concealed coduit wiring etc and making good cutting grith n exc 10 cm girth on brick walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Water Proofing Treatment on existing cleaned RCC Roof with the following Specifications and Manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed :- (a) Preparing and cleaning of fully dry surface as per IS:3067-1966. (b) Applying Bitumen Primer conforming to IS-3384-1986 over the Cleaned Plastered Surface @ 0.40 Litre per Sqm. (c) Applying a layer of APP based Polymeric Membrance; 3.0mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.60 Kilogram per Square Metre (reinforced) with Polyster Non Woven Fabric weighing not less than 160 Grams per Square Metre by Torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the Transverse direction and 75mm on Longitudinal direction. (d) Applying one coat of Aluminium Paint @ 0.11 Litre per Sqm over APP based Polymeric Membrane.

M&L Cement Concrete type C 2(1:3:6) using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate 75mm thick as in Plinth Protection Path, etc. laid in alternate Bays, finished Concrete Surfaces Even and Smooth without using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 25mm thick prepolished coloured PCC chequered tiles of size 300 x 300 x 25mm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with and including 15mm thick screed bed screed bed (1:6) in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 10mm thick Antiskid scratch resistance paving tiles of size 300 x 300 x 10mm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with and including 15mm thick screed bed screed bed (1:6) in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour RCC Hume pipe class (Np-2) 200 mm dia including collors laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of existing cover/uncovered drains of any section and depth removal of sludge, rubbish and other foreign material and flushing with adequate quantity of water and deposit the sludge to a distance not exc. 50m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge
