Excavation in trenches in not exceeding 1.5M wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified.

Surface dressing not exc 15cm deep in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for removing excavated soils exc. 50m but n exc 250 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removing excavated soils exc. 250m but n exc 500 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed by a vibrator paved roller of capacity 8 to 12 tonne to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below and above GL) unreinforced complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old retrived material from demolition / dismantling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for scarifying or picking graveled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sq m, N exc 50 mm deep, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for soling (or sub base) 200 mm thick compacted thickness with broken boulders or quarried stone,in two layers 100 mm thick interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber, with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rolling and consolidating road formation surfaces in cutting with power roller 8 to 12 tonne, watering as necessary including filing hollows and depression to required gradient and camber complete as specified and directed.

M & L for 30 mm thick sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified

M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 100mm thickness M-50 grade with Grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade with Grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for stone kerb of roughly squared stones of size 20cm x 30cm of type lime or sand stone, all surfaces hammer dressed so that the maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 20mm jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and struck flush complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

M & L for formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses etc; vertical or to batter, work in fair finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC type M-30 design mix (using 20mm graded aggregates) as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like, any thickness; above top of footings, including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 450mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-3, laid and jointed complete with collars, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM,with coarse aggregate Granite,trap or Baslat of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed.
