Providing and laying 7.50 cm compacted thickness of stone aggregate of specific sizes 22.4-53 mm of water bound macadam specification incluiding spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 Kn in stage to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone dust to fill-up the interstices of coarse brooming stone dust to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required dencity grading-3 as per technical Speicification clause 405 including cost of material, roller, cartage, loading, unloading, labour and all taxes complete or as per direction of Engineer in charge.

C.C. (1:1.5:3) with cement C. Sand stone grit in road slab including of cost all material labour T&P etc. complete required for proper comp. of work S.I. No. 279

Extra providing and mixing hardening compound of approved quality as per manufacturers specification in cement concrete.(2018)

Mild steel or iron work in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (When not included in and an over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and excluding the supply of steel and its wastage Bend, hooks and authorized over lapping shall be measured upto floor to level. Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (lomclay or sand) including lift up to 1.5M and lead up to 30Mand including filling wetering and ramming of excavated eart into the treanches or into the space between the bulding and the sides of the foundation trenches or into the plinth and remivel and disposal of earth as directed by E/I upto a distance of 30M from the foundation trenches.

Providind and laying cement concrete in 1:6:12 (1 cement:5 coares sand:10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete Includingcost of form work in foundation and floors

RCC Work Providing and laying in position specified grade of in RCC Raft foundation including the cost of centering shutting finishing and excluding reinforcement-All work up to plinth level 1:2:4(1 cement:2coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size

(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 4th year maintenance cost @ 1.00%
