Notes : 1. The transformer shall be IS marked with energy efficiency level -3 category and having BEE certification. Routine and type test cerificate (as per IS-2026) shall be produced by the tenderer. Certification from BIS and BEE shall be produced against the manufacturer. 2. The unit rate quoted shall include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil and PCC plinth of size 3mx3mx1.25m as per manufacturer design. 3. Pre commissioning test of transformer shall be carried out by SEI from HQ CE (WC) and the unit rate quoted shall deemed to include cost of the same. 4. Drawing for the transformer shall be got approved by the GE before placing order by contractor.

Cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, earthed, cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core laid in trenches including testing complete all as specified.

Steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate,finial,taper plug,bolts,nuts and screws type 410 SP-55 ,11.0 metres long, duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and providing 30 cm wide alternate black and yellow strips up to 1.5 meter from GL complete all as specified. Note- Excavation, earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation of electric poles, for base of pole , struts complete all as specified.

PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation of electric poles, mass filling complete all as specified.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in coping of electric poles complete all as specified.

Switch air break gang operated out door HT 11 KV triple pole mechanically operated mounted on HT insulators (12 Nos insulators) type and MS galvanised steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level including operating rod for current rating upto 200 Amps, 11000 volts complete with locking arrangements MS clamps, bolts, nuts and washers etc. including fuse barrels of required capacity to suit the load at site including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS work complete all as specified.

Lightening arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp 11000 volt including brackets, clamps, nuts and washers complete all as specified.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick, burried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to equipment by using GI strips of size 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts,nuts,checknut & washers of galvanised iron all as shown in elect plate No.3 of MES schedule and connected to earthing test point all as specified and directed including earth pit of size 30cmx30cmx45cm made of PCC 1:3:6 and PCC 1:2:4 cover, funnel, GI tubing etc. & testing on completion, all as specified. Note : The unit rate quoted shall include the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil ,charcoal & salt in altemate layers, 20mm GI Pipe (light grade) for watering, 40mm GI protection pipe (light grade), funnel, wire mesh, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber, 50 mm thick precast RCC M-25 ( Design mix) cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3 kg /sqm ) and CI frame etc , test point , connecting to test point and testing on completion etc, complete all as specified. Cable lugs shall be used to terminate cables/wires. Existing incoming connections are to be re-arranged as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified.

Anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified.

Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size complete all as specified.

GI pipe, light grade 100 mm bore, IS Marked for protection to cable along the pole/across road crossing/passing through culvert complete all as specified.
