Providing and fixing of non-woven Geotextile having thickness of 400gsm, having minimum tear strength, length and width as per ASTM D4533, punture strength ASTM D6241 elongation at break % of 57 plus as per ASTM D4595 in two layer made out of long fibers to hold the modulars and protect linear including cutting, sizing, head welding and needle punched for high porosity and proper percoloation complete as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge. Lap at joints and corners shall be 300mm payment shall be made for outer dimensions of copolymer based rain water harvesting structure.

Providing and fixing installing, testing and commissioning of microfilter of FRP container having minimum 780mm dia. and thickness of 25mm with stainless steel 304 grades stainer, having steel bucket of 600 micron capable of eliminating finer particulate matter upto 90 microns filteration with made of SS net with long fiber foam i/c provision of inlet and outlet 300mm dia. for connection with drain and complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Filter capacity 80kl per hour should be registered under GRIHA total depth of filter shall be 2000mm including filter extension.

Providing & installing in position recyled poly propylene modular structure having more than 95-98% void vulume ratio fixed in an overlaping arrangement to present monolithic structure as per approved pattern/ design to bear long term vertical/horizental compresive stress of 25kn/sqm and short term vertical stress of 35-40kn/sqm suitable for traffic load (with adequate backfill) of minimum 25 tonne truck load complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Gravel packing in tubewell construction in accordance with IS: 4097, including providing gravel fine/ medium/ coarse, in required grading & sizes as per actual requirement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Constructing brick masonry manhole ( silt chamber type) of size 120X90X120 cm deep with FPS bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4( 1 Cement : 4 manufacturing sand upto 100%) 15 cm thick RCC top slab with 500mm dia opening with cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 manufacturing sand upto 25%: 4 recycled aggregate 20mm nominal size upto 25%) reinforced with a 18.92 Kg/each TMT bars, 20 cm foundation cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1 Cement: 4 Manufacturing sand upto 100% recycled aggregate 40mm nominal size upto 100%) inside plaster 12mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 manufacturing sand upto 100% ) finished with a floating coat of neat cement and providing 75mm thick bed cement concrete of 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 manufacturing sand upto 25%: 4 recycled aggregate 20mm nominal size upto 25%) including neat cement punning inside the manhole complete as per standard design. (Depth shall be measured from invert level of pipe upto top of RCC slab). Difference of 30cm shall be kept between invert level of pipe and manhole bottom excluding the cost of SFRC manhole cover and frame 500mm dia which shall be paid separately. All complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality. (a) M D - 10 Circular shape 500 mm internal diameter

Providing and fixing Bail plug/ Bottom plug of required dia to the bottom of pipe assembly of tubewell as per IS:2800 (part I). (a) 150 mm dia

Providing orange colour safety foot rest of minimum 6 mm thick plastic encapsulated as per IS : 10910, on 12 mm dia steel bar conforming to IS: 1786, having minimum cross section as 23 mmx25 mm and over all minimum length 263 mm and width as 165 mm with minimum 112 mm space between protruded legs having 2 mm tread on top surface by ribbing or chequering besides necessary and adequate anchoring projections on tail length on 138 mm as per standard drawing and suitable to with stand the bend test and chemical resistance test as per specifications and having manufacture's permanent identification mark to be visible even after fixing, including fixing in manholes with 30x20x15 cm cement concrete block 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete as per design

Providing and Laying in position Cement Concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto to plinth level: 1:5:10 ( 1 Cement: 5 Manufactured sand derived from Recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) upto 100% : 10 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size Recycled aggregate (RA) upto 100%)

Providing and Laying in position Cement Concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto to plinth level: 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse sand (zone-III including manufactured sand derived from Recycled Conrete aggregate (RCA) upto 25% : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size including Recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) upto 25%).

Providing and fixing suitable size threaded mild steel cap or spot welded plate to the top of bore well housing/ casing pipe, removable as per requirement, all complete for borewell of: (a) 150 mm dia.

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m : All kinds of soil (a) Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia. but not exceeding 300 mm dia

Providing and fixing polythylene pipe of working pressure 4kg per square cm confirming to IS:-4985 including jointing with sealing ring confiming to IS:5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion 300mm dia. PVC pipe.

Disposal of building rubbish/malba/similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting and unlloading the same at any C & D Waste management site within 25kms. Lead i.e. Shastri Park/Burari/ Mundaka including weighing at plant etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Weighing and unloading at the plant shall be as per procedures/rules of the plant management. The rates are inclusive of all operations, labours, leads and lifts from site of work to the C & D waste plant. Thre processing fee of C & D Management at prescribed rates will be deposited by the agency and the same shall be reimbursed by the department on production of only original cash receipts.
