M&L for excavation in trenches, in soft/loose soil, n. exc 1.5M wide and n. exc. 1.5 in depth for foundation etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for excavation in trenches, in soft/loose soil, exc 1.5M wide and n. exc. 3.00m in depth for foundation etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance n. exc. 50M and depositing where complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching channel and drains and in coping etc including use & waste of form work in any position and shape for menholes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for supply, laying, jointing and testing of 150 mm dia salt glazed stone ware drain pipe grade A laid in trenches jointed with CM(1:1), including demolition of PCC in bedding/haunching with taking down of old SGSW pipes of 150mm dia and removal of debris complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in bedding including packing under and haunching against the side of 150 mm dia pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roughening of old concrete floor surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and applying with brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre and apply a topping layer of 25mm thick PCC type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded agg) as in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed rubber moulded precast coloured chequrered cement concrete tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed witth grey cement and no pigments in neat cement slurry over and incl 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 as in floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.
