No. SA- 116A/M, for erection of colour light signal post, plastering with 1 : 4 cement - sand mixture all the surfaces up to 75 mm below ground level, complete with contractor's material including cement, sand, aggregate, anchor bolts and nuts and curing of casted foundation, refilling & ramming of loose soil around foundation and disposal of loose dugged soil from site.

Assembling, erection, installation, taking of cable inside unit through post, 9 termination and wiring of CLS complete with all accessories of CLS unit, post, base, ladder, ladder guards, platform and MS supporting bracket in the middle of the ladder, hoods, pinacles, offset brackets, Junction/stencil type route indicators (if any) - 1 way to 6 way, etc. including fixing & wiring of LED units lamps with contractor's wiring material as per RE requirement.

Supply and fixing of protective screen of expanded metal 12 SWG of size 1200 x 1500 mm on signals as per std. practice in RE Area. 2

Fabrication, supply and fixing of P, C, A, G, R, AG etc. marker disk painted and 11 lettered with enameled paint of approved colours, on signals, conforming to RDSO Drg. No.SA - 23456, as per standard practice and technical specifications, with contractor's complete material including fixing clamps.

Supply, Fabrication and Fixing of Retro reflective Signal Number Plate of standard size and drawing as per SEM, high intensity prismatic (hip) grade retro reflective sheet (TYPE -IV) including fixing arrangement for fixing them on existing posts as per standard practice.

Installation of Signal number Plates with supply of Clamp, nut bolts & other required material as per per direction of Consignee or his authorized representative at site. (Supply of Signal Number plate is not included in this).

Installation of Goods Warning Board/ Calling On legend board or other similar board 14 with supply of MS angle frame with fixing clamps, post & other required materials. Making foundation, complete with contractor' material, as per as per per direction of Consignee or his authorized representative at site. (Supply of any Board is not included in this).

Cement concrete work for miscellaneous items in the ratio 1: 3: 6. Item includes excavation, ramming, curing and plastering with cement & sand mixture (aggregate not exceeding 15 3.8 cm.) (Aggregate cement & sand to be supplied by the contractor). Wherever depth of 0.5 m cable trench is not feasible, cable shall be protected as: - Preparation of cement mixture 1:3:6 with contractor's own materials and spreading cement concrete mixture layer of 100 mm thick over the already laid cables in the excavated trench.

Supply of Point JB fitted with 18 nos. 1-way terminal block fixed on hylum sheet with 16 U channel (75x40x1500) mm for fixing ARA terminalconfirming to IRS-S-75/2006 (REV.2.0) OR LATEST, DRG. NO. SA-23741A with 3 no. of 40 mm bore G I PIPE 600 mm long to be procured from RDSO approved sources.

Supply of full-size apparatus case (Large) (as per DRAWING NO. RDSO/S-11500 or 17 latest). This includes supply of location box with 'E' type lock & key, fitted on location door on both side, E Type lock (ward No will be specified by Engineer-in Charge) as per RDSO Drg. No. SA 3376 and Key to Drg. No. 3377 as per RDSO drawing No. RDSO/S-11500.

Supply & fixing of Hylam sheet 10mm thick of various size of minimum grade P2/P3 on apparatuscase/Location boxes for wiring of signaling circuit and cable termination, fixing on 19 suitable size contractors angle with string rod for supporting cable on back side including fixing of all types of terminal /fuse as per location diagram plan and technical specification with drilling of holes on either side of terminals /fusesand other places as required forcable conductor/wires entry and fixing of sheets.

Casting, concreting and curing of concrete foundation ((in ratio 1:3:6), erection and installation of full-size apparatus case with 'E' type lock on CC foundation. This includes cost of all materials required for fixing holding down bolts, casting, concreting. Note: - bolts, nuts and washers, 20 bitumen compound to be supplied by contractor and bitumen compound to be used in between apparatus case and foundation as per site engineer. This also includes bottom of apparatus cases filled with sand and the outside covered with masonry work and neat cement plastering. Note: - Location boxes to painted with anti- corrosive paints as per IS: - 9862-1981, one and half feet from the bottom, on all surfaces-both inside and outside.

Fixing by slotted angle, wiring of terminal strips, hylam strip, relays, fuses with base, fixing of hard wood shelves for full size apparatus case with termination & Earthing of cables and wiring with lettering as required including supply of slotted angles, wires, ferrules for marking and 21 miscellaneous materials per location to be supplied by contractor. (all materials except relay, terminal strips, Bakelite strip, fuses with base and hard wood shelves to be supplied by the contractor). Wires to be used for this purpose should be procured from RDSO'S approved firm and to be inspected by RDSO. [Quantity of wires to be specified by contractor]. NB- power cable to be terminated with proper lugs and required buss bar and other terminals to be supplied by the contractor.

Casting, concreting and curing of concrete foundation (in ratio 1:3:6), erection and installation of half size apparatus case ( with 'E' type lock on CC foundation. This includes cost of all materials required for fixing holding down bolts, casting, concreting. Note: - bolts, nuts and washers, 22 bitumen compound to be supplied by contractor and bitumen compound to be used in between apparatus case and foundation as per site engineer. This also includes bottom of apparatus cases filled with sand and the outside covered with masonry work and neat cement plastering. Note: - Location boxes to painted with anti-corrosive paints as per IS: - 9862-1981, one and half feet from the bottom, on all surfaces-both inside and outside.

Fixing, wiring of terminal strips, hylam strip, relays, fuses with base and supply and fixing of shelves for half apparatus case with termination earthing of cables and wiring with lettering as required including supply of slotted angles, wires, ferrules for marking and miscellaneous 23 materials per location to be supplied by contractor. (all materials except relay, terminal strips, Bakelite strip, fuses with base and hard wood shelves to be supplied by the contractor). Wires to be used for this purpose should be procured from RDSO's approved firm and to be inspected by RDSO. [quantity of wires to be specified by contractor]. NB- power cable to be terminated with proper lugs and required buss bar and other terminals to be supplied by the contractor.

Strengthening of foundation of signals, Full/Half location boxes, by carrying out earth 24 work around the foundation, ramming of refilled earth, carrying out masonry work from bottom of earth work using country stones & cement masonry to prevent the earth from slipping down the bank. This also includs supply of required masonry materials.

Alteration/modification in the existing location boxes (Full size), fixing of equipment's, cable insertion, termination, wiring, testing & commissioning, two coat painting, lettering to suit the circuits as per approved wiring diagrams. This includes filling with sand and plastering the same.

Alteration/modification in the existing location boxes (Half size), fixing of 26 equipment's, cable insertion, termination, wiring, testing & commissioning, two coat painting, lettering to suit the circuits as per approved wiring diagrams. This includes filling with sand and plastering the same.

Taking all types of cables inside LC Gate hut, location boxes and junction boxes etc. and sealing of cable entry pit etc. as per Technical specifications, complete with contractor's material.

Taking the all types of cablesinside station relay rooms, ASM'sroom,location huts, 28 locationboxes and junction boxes etc.and sealing of cable entry pit asper Technical specifications,complete with contractors'material. Per

Termination of Outdoor Cables (Main Cables /tail cables) at both ends in location 29 boxes, cable termination rack in relay room, station building, generator room etc. The item includes dressing of cables and wires with dressing threads as per standard practice. All material required for this item will be supplied by contractor. The outdoor cable shall be terminated in Relay Room, DG Room, ASM Room etc. under supervision and instructions issued by Engr. In-charge of the work.

Dismantling of location box / RCC Goomty including all its accessories & concrete foundation.

Supply of Automatic change oversystem of Track Feed battery Charger model No. BE-TFBC or similar.

Installation of Automatic changeover system of Track Feed battery Charger model No. BE-TFBC or similar as per instruction of site supervisor.

Supply of Track Lead Junction Box (TLJB) made from FRP material including brass bolts and hylum board sheet with terminals etc. The technical specifications are as follows:(a) TLJB complete with cover to be in black/red having approximate weight of 4.0 Kg with L-262mm W- 212mm and H 90 mm and all the holes required for mounting on FRP stump (vertically two for each FRP angle) HDPE pipe , cable etc.(b) Each TLJB shall have two Bakelite terminal block fitted 33 horizontally : each Bakelite terminal block shall have two nickel chrome plate M10 brass terminal, 50mm long. Along with each TLJB , nickel chrome plated brass links(two nos.0f adequate strength for vertical linking of the terminals to be supplied.(c) HDPE pipe of size 32/35mm , 380 mm long along with two nuts for fixing on the TLJB hole .(d) The FRP stump for mounting the TLJB to be made of one meter long 30mm X30mmX 4mm angle(2 nos.) and 300mm long 30mm X30mmX 4mm angle(1 no.) fixed at 50 mm from the bottom using alvanized nuts and bolts. The TLJB and the angles for stump should come along with holes on them for fixing using galvanized nuts and bolts of adequate strength to be supplied along with TLJB.

Erection, Fitting and Rail connection of Track Lead Junction Box on two supports (FRP stumps) with contractor's fixing material. This will include drilling of holes for track lead/side connections on rail. The work shall be done as per instructions of Rly engineer at site.

GI wire 8 SWG soft (4 mmdia) as per IS-279/72 or latest amendment suitable for track circuit rail bonding

This will include drilling of 7.0/7.1/7.2 mm dia. holes in rails (4 Nos.) and provision of two jumpers for each bond, clipping of bonds etc. with contractors own tools as per instruction of Rly. Charging of lead acid cell (Secondary cell) of various capacities as per 41 Manufacturer's/Railway engineer's instruction. Acid and distilled water to be supplied by the contractor. Specific gravity acid should be approved type duly inspected by consignee. This includes installation and commissioning of battery in circuit. Battery to be kept on wooden rack.

SPN/208/2012 clause 10.1 & 10.2 as below - Following spares shall be supplied along with each set (02 nos.) of Electric lifting barrier as per requirement of the purchaser i) Octagonal boom - 1 no. complete. ii) Belt - 1 no. iii) Crank handle - 1 no. iv) Motor Contactor - 1 no. v) Motor protection MCB- 1 no. vi) Push button complete- 2 nos vii) Limit switch - 3 nos. Supply of Electrical key transmitter rotary type as per IRS-S-21/2001 Rev.1 , Drg. no.SA-22601 Alt. 4 with the key and of the Ward No. as per approved signalling plan or as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Installation, wiring, testing and commissioning of electrically operated lifting barrier, 55 complete with Casting of cement concrete foundation (including supply of sand, stone, cement, bolt, plate etc.) for pedestal and boom rest post, cabling, power supply connection & wiring with complete outdoor work as per approved drawing, wiring etc.

Design of circuits and plans to suit layout given in the signalling plan of IBS/ABS/LC GATE. All plans and wiring diagram shall be prepared on Auto Cad Drawing and supplied with CD. This will include supply of Control cum Indication panel diagram, Route section plan, square sheet, wiring diagrams, Relay rack/Relay arrangements, Bus bar details, Fuse analysis, contact analysis, Relay room tag block analysis, panel tag block analysis, Power panel diagram, IPS wiring diagram, Auto change over diagram, Power equipment arrangement with program switch, Block circuit wiring diagram, Digital Axle counter wiring diagram and all other relevant drawings. NOTE: The contractor 56 shall initially supply 2 sets of documents (Paper Prints) for approval of Railways. Railway will return one set to the contactor duly approved with alterations/corrections, if any. The contractor shall incorporate Railways' alterations/ corrections/ comments, if any, in the tracing & CD without any deviation and submit all the tracings and Final CD complete with all respect for Approval of Railways. After Approval of Railways on the tracings, the contractor shall submit 3 sets of final approved diagrams to the Railways within 15 days. He shall ensure that each sheet has a block for signature of railway official as well as a block for signature of firm, duly signed by the authorized signatory of the firm. The name of the work as given by Railways shall be written on every sheet under the work column. All the drawing shall be supplied in a good quality folder for each IBS/ABS/LC Gate.

Concrete foundtion for pedestal of lifting barrier as per tech specs. (All required masonry materials including grouting Bolts & Nuts are to be supplied by the contractor)

Concrete foundation for gate barrier rest post with grouting bolt as per tech specn. (All required masonry materials to be arranged by the contractor with grouting bolt).

Welding of Gate boom, roddings etc and its reinstallation as per technical specifications. (Nos= Each joint)

Supply of Medium class GI pipes 80 mm dia (4 mm thickness) as per IS 1239 (Part 1): 60 2004 or Latest with socket & coupling on culverts bridges or at any other locations as decided by Site Engineer. It includes supply of all material required for fixing arrangement. Contractor will also supply flexible/corrugated HDPE pipe at the end of GI pipe to protect the cables from sharp edges and sudden bends.

Supply of Medium class GI pipes 50 mm dia (3.6 mm thickness) as per IS 1239 (Part 1): 2004 for use in ASM room and at any other location as decided by Site Engineer. It includes supply of all material required for fixing arrangement. At the ends of GI pipe, flexible/corrugated HDPE pipe will be provided by contractor to protect cables from sharp edges and sudden bends.

Supply of HDPE DWC pipe of size 90/76 mm dia nominal - as per RDSO Specification 62 No.RDSO/SPN/204/2011 version 1.1 Amd. 1 or latest TEC specification No. with Anti Rodent and Anti- flammable property - along with socket, coupler etc. - as per technical specification and as approved by Engineer-in-charge

Excavation of trenches in all types of soils including soft rock as per including cutting and clearing of bushes and roots of trees etc., upto a depth of 1.2 Mtrs and width of 0.3 Mtrs at the 63 bottom in the entire section, back filling and ramming of the soil in trenches to original level. The work shall be executed as per technical specification. NOTE: Proportionate payment against the work executed by the contractor will be arranged where digging of trench upto 1.2 mtr depth is not possible due to water seepage inside the trench, this has to be confirmed by the railway representative present at site and should be recorded in the field book.

All works of Excavation of cable trench 1.0 M deep , 0.3 mtr wide on pucca platform/Pucca Road and placing of GI pipe, and restoration of the platform /Road surface to the original condition after cable laying and refilling the trench. Necessary materials e.g. GI pipe, 64 cement, sand, stonechips, mortar have to be supplied by the contractor.The work should be done as per specification. NOTE: Proportionate payment against the work executed by the contractor will be arranged where digging of trench upto 1.0 mtr depth is not possible due to water seepage inside the trench, this has to be confirmed by the railway representative present at site and should be recorded in the field book.

Digging of 1.0 Meter deep and 0.3 Meter wide trenches In hard soils including hard rock and Soil mixed with ballast/Stone/Bricks, including clearing of roots of trees and bushes and temporary obstruction on the selected route back filling and ramming of the soil in trenches to 65 original level., as per technical specifications and cable route plan. Note: In case where digging of trench up to 1.0 Meter depth and 0.3 meter wide is not possible or bigger size trench is required to lay more cables or loose soil/ muck is encountered, the depth can be reduced / increased as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the works, the payment will be decreased/increased proportionate to the depth & width of excavation compared to 1.0 Meter deep and 0.3 Meter wide.

Excavation of trench to a depth of 1 Mtr. for track crossing of cables, laying of DWC/ RCC pipes with collar/coupling, refilling of trench by ramming and consolidating it as per the 66 instructions of Railway representative at site. During excavation of trench it has to be ensured that the excavated soil does not mix with the ballast available. The depth of 1m trench shall be from the bottom of sleepers for track crossings. Laying of cables is not included in this schedule. (Supply of DWC/RCC pipes with couplers/ collars is not included in this schedule).

Transportation of HDD machine with accessories including handling of stores materials, supply of HDPE/DWC pipe of various sizes as per instruction of Engineer in Charge, preparation of site ,entry and exit pit (1mX1mX1m) and boring for placing of HDPE Silicore 68 duct/DWC of various dia size as per instruction of site engineer for 6Quad Cable/OFC cable/other cables for crossing Track/PuccaRoad/Congested area. Boring trench shall be minimum 3 (three) meter below the river bed/Track and 1(one) meter below the road/pucca road crossing area.Track/Road includes supply of accessories for pulling HDPE pipe. All other petty materials with earthwork, jointing of duct is to be done by Contractor.

Laying & Fixing of Medium class GI pipes 50/80/100 mm dia as per IS 1239 (Part 1): 69 2004 with socket & coupling, nuts, bolts, MS angle, MS Flat etc. on culverts bridges or at any other locations as decided by Site Engineer. It includes installation of all material required for fixing arrangement. Contractor will install flexible/corrugated HDPE pipe at the end of GI pipe along with any masonry work as required to protect the cables from sharp edges and sudden bends.

Laying of underground signalling/ power/telecom cables of various sizes in trench, at bridges in pipes, in road crossing, platforms & across the track through GI/DWC/HDPE pipe as per technical specifications.

Protection work of cable over boulder pitched / high cutting area, culvert, in yard, 71 rocky,congested / residential area using HDPE pipe and covering it making continuous square block of 1:2:3 massionary work as per site condition.Minimum 10 cm layer of concrete to be made and then covered with soil. Minimum depth of concreted portion to be maintained at 500 mm from ground level. All required materials i.e. HDPE pipe, cement, sand, aggregate, etc. will be supplied by the contractor.

B-Indoor & Miscellaneous: Supply & Execution

Track Relay QBAT, AC immunized, 2F-2B contacts, 9 ohms. Complete with plug board, retaining clip & connectors as per RDSO/SPN/84 Ver 2.0 Amdt. 1 or latest. The interlocking code for this unit shall be "ABEJX".

Q-Series Magnetically Latched Neutral Line Relay (QL1 Type), 11F/4B,24V DC 2 complete with plug board (base plate), connectors and retaining clips and conforming to BRS-935A and RDSO Specn.No.IRS: S-34 & S-23with Amdt. upto date as applicable or latest. The interlocking code for this unit shall be "ABDEG".
