Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone M.Sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Pressed Tiles over the RCC roof slab in including all other labour charges etc., complete and one layer of pressed tiles set in c.m. 1:3 etc., complete.(New Tiles 10%)

White washing two coats using shell lime including cost and conveyance ofof all materials to work site and all labour charges etc.

Distempering the old walls and ceiling one coat with best oil bound distemper of approved quality including preparation of surfaces (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use) the rate includes cost of brushes, high scaffolding charges, neat finishing, cost of brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer

Re Painting the walls with Two coats with first class quality Plastic Emulsion paint of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt. The rate includes cost of brushes, sand paper, plaster of parries, putty wherever required and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer

Painting two coats over old iron work with ready mixxed paint of approved colour and quality including cost and conveyance of all materials towork site and all labour charges etc. complete

Special design Art work with first class quality emulsion paint including wall putty, Priming coat etc., complete.
