GE I R AND D/CHD-72/2026-27 REPAIR AND MAINT OF SECURITY / STREET LIGHTS, CABLES, TIMERS AND OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS IN TECHNICAL AND DOMESTIC AREA AT TBRL RANGE RAMGARH

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundations of poles, struts, laying of cables, pipes etc. and getting out including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for demolition of cement concrete / Cutting of road/floor/hard standing/ tiles/ walls/ pole coping etc for laying of LT cables/pipes/earth lead with suitable mechanism complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cable, pipes and PCC for finishing / filling disturbed area shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant item.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate cast-in-situ as mass filling, road filling, coping of pole ,around the pole and filling/finishing of disturbed area of road/floor/hard standing/tiles/walls and any other surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for HDPE double wall corrugated pipe of size not less than 50 mm bore including necessary pipe fittings such as socket, rubber gasket, pipe joint lubricant, bend, couplers etc. including fixing on wall/roof /pole or laying in trench as required for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Note: Clamps, nut bolts, fasteners and other items required for fixing shall be measured and paid for separately.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each , filling back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles, stays, struts have been erected and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI tubing light grade 80 mm nominal bore for cable protection fixed to poles/under floor/tiles/under roads/alongwith walls complete all as specified and directed. Note: Clamps, nut bolts, fasteners and other items required for fixing shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and laying PVC insulated flexible unarmoured cable three core with copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm size 1100 volt grade from junction box to security light through PVC conduit incl complete connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of external dia 20 mm exclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal) incl fixing on poles for security light flexible cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: Clamps, nut, bolts etc for fixing on poles shall be measured and paid for separately.

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable any size and any type from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under relevent items. (ii) New cable shall be laid down at separate location or route and old unsv cable shall be retrieved from separate location as per site requirement . (iii) Size , type and quantity of cable shall be issued in credit as actual found at site.
