Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts cutting rivets. Welding etc. including dismembering and stacking etc. complete.

Demolishing R.C.C work manually by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material as per direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering 1:1 ½ : 3 (1 cement 1.5 coarse sand 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including all carriages.

Structural steel work in built up sections. Trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete welded.

P/F wooden laminated flooring 8mm including base, cost of foam fixed with screening adhesive of approved brand and manufacture complete in every respect.

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc, sawn and fixed in position. (Budloo / Fir wood)

P/F of 12mm thick ply board of approved make including cost of adhesive nails etc complete job.

P/F of thermal insulation with specified wool and density conforming to IS: 8183, 50 mm thick, wrapped in 200G Virgin Polythene bags placed over existing false ceiling and held in position by criss-crossing GI wire, with resin bonded fiber glass wool with density 16kg/cum.

Making the opening for door/window/clustering window in brick masonary including dismantling in floor & walls by cutting masonary and making good the damages to walls flooring and joints complete to match existing surface including disposal of mulba/rubbish.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately) 1st class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing paneled or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding paneling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per directions of Engineer In-Charge. 35mm 1st class kail wood.

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors windows ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other section of approved make confirming to 1S: 377 and IS: 1285 fixing with dash fastener of required dia and size including necessary filling up of gaps and junctions i.e at top bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gaskets felt extra including cleate angle aluminum snap beading for glazing / paneling CP brass/Stainless steel screws all complete as per Architectural drawings and directions of Engineer In-Charge.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board (conforming to IS:12823 Grade-I type-II) in paneling fixing in aluminum doors, windows, shutters and partition frames with C.P brass/stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and direction of engineer in-charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative laminated on both sides.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminum door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer in-charge. (cost of aluminum snap beading shall be paid in basic item) with float glass panes of 5.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm)

P/F aluminum composite panel 3mm thick of approved make (partition/shutter panel) including cost of EPDM gasket, screws etc.

P/F of (65x65x6) mm aluminum edging at the corners of tiles etc complete job.

P/F of hardware fittings:-

Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking or serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material as per direction of Engineer In-Charge, in cement mortor.

Providing and fixing UV stabilized fiber glass reinforced plastic sheet roofing upto any pitch including fixing with polymer coated “J” or “L” hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia. G.I plain/bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. the sheets shall be manufactured out of 2400 TEX panel rovigs incorporating minimum 0.3% Ultra-violet stabilizer in resin system under approximately 2400 psi and hor cured. They shall be of uniform pigmentation and thickness without air pockets and shall conform to IS: 10192 and IS: 12866. The sheets shall be opaque or translucent, clear or pigmented, textured or smooth as specified (2mm thick flat)
