Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and refilling the sides,cleaning and leveling the site etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling with Crushed Stone Sand for basement to required thickness, watered, well rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

SSupplying and filling with gravel for foundation and basement to required thickness, watered, well rammed and consolidated etc., completed as directed by the departmental officers.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four sand and eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering for flooring and foundation and including side shuttering, compaction, curing etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling with 6mm HBGS jelly for foundation and basement to required thickness, watered, well rammed and consolidated etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers and as per standard specification.

Supplying , erection and steel centering for all RCC works using M.S Sheet, M.S. angles casurina props C.W. joints for all type of RCC works (ie) beams, roof slab, lintel, column footing, column & roof beam etc., including necessary supports with all cross bracing, filling the silts and holes the reprieved materials should be taken by the contractor and side shuttering etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 (One Cement, One and a half sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Suppling and fabricating and placing in position MS (or) R.T.S. bar for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors..

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (one part cement and five parts M-sand) using best quality II class Ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9" x 4-1/2" x 3" to line, level and to plumb on one face including necessary scaffolding, racking out joints, curing etc., complete as directed by the departmental officer and as per standard specification.

b)upto 4.50m to 9.00m ht (in first floor)

Brick partition walls of 11.50cm thickness using best quality II class Ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9" x 4½" x 3" in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) using hoop iron reinforcement if found necessary including curing etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Indian Patent Stone Flooring (I.P.S) in cement concrete 1:2:4 using 10 to 12mm chips for 40mm thick and finished with CM 1:1, 10mm thick nearly etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing cuddapah slab of 50mm thick over RCC slab bed, cost excluding RCC slab but including cutting the cuddapah slab to the required size and pointing with CM 1:3 to full depth etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with best quality of Stain Free Nano Polish Vitrified Tiles 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 10mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of following sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the Flooring with ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and laying of Interlocking Paver Block Stone 83mm thick over a base layer of sand filling including cost of materials laying and Labour charges etc., as directed by the departmental officials and as per standard specification

Supplying and fixing of Cudappah slab of best approved quality cupboard slab of 38/40mm thick, Rate including all the materials and labour charges, transportation charges etc complete with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of Mild steel grills for windows, corridor etc., including priming coat and labour charges etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing of Aluminium White coloured Powder Coated Glazed window/ ventilators of standard section and specification etc., including 5mm thick pinned glass fix in position with all the accessories, locking arrangements etc complete as directed by the federation officers and as per standard specification

Providing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door: Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un plasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) sections. Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals. Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outside. Glazing: The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison lam Installation: The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber. The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and driving ms electroplated screws into plug.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint (interior) of first class quality and of approved colour including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint (exterior) of first class quality and of approved color over one coat of priming coat including priming coat and also make good of the surface with sand paper, putty, scaffolding etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing in position of mild steel (RHS) Rectangular steel hollow section following thickness and M.S rectangular steel hollow section including cutting, welding and fixing in purlin etc., completed as directed by the departmental officers and as per standard specification

Supplying and fixing in position of Powder coated galvalume colour sheet of 0.47mm thickness with necessary bolts, nuts and washers, metal screws etc. complete with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Random Rubble Stone Masonry in cement mortar1:5 (one part of cement and five parts of m-sand) using new hard granite stones of standard size to line, level and plump including racking out joints with simultaneous pointing above ground level with the same mortar and curing as directed by the departmental officers and as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of NP3 Class RCC Pipe of length 2.5metres and 600mm diameter conforming to IS 458/2003 including cost of pipe as a finished work including all other incidental charges, testing charges, laying charges including loading, unloading, transport and delivery in good condition at work site etc., complete as directed by the Departmental Officers and as per standard specifications.

Levelling of earth and clearing of bushes through the JCB and keeping the debris / bushes away from the site of work etc., complete as directed by the Departmental Officers and as per standard specifications.
