Comprehensive maintenance of LT panel boards, indoor/outdoor type after isolating the panel board from electric supply, opening all cover/doors, cleaning of all joints/contact points by using CRC, dismantling and taking out old unserviceable spares of panel board of any type and shape and fixing of new parts complete including tightening of all existing connections/screws/ nuts & bolts etc all as specified and directed. Note : Defective sapre parts required to be replaced will be measured and paid seperately as per relevent items as follows

Material and labour for roughing old painting from the LT panels by paint removers, cleaning with scrapes and preparing the surface and applying two coats painting complete with synthetic enameld paint of existing colour and writing incoming and outgoing feeder/ area with stencil complete all as directed.

Material & labour for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete type B2 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate). Not exceeding 15 CM in deapth for plinth protaction for path including dismentling of old surface.

Material & labour for PCC 1:2:4 for coping of existing LT pole of size 45X45X30cm with 20mm graded aggregate type B-1 including dismantling of old broken coping complete and also including finishing work with plaster 15 mm thick CM (1:4) and necessary cleaning of surronding Pole of 1 Mtr distance complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting / trimming of tree branches which are touching of street light/ perimeter pole and disposal of timber complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing LT cable of sizes up to 95 Sqmm 2 to 4 core from duct/wall/floor/trenches and re-laying the same serviceable cable after fault rectification in existing position with supply and fixing connecting materials such as thimbles, lugs, nuts, bolts and washers as required at site all as specified and directed.

Dismantling /taking down and Re-fixing/ erecting of old steel tubular swaged poles any type with accessories/ fittings at other location as directed including necessary excavation, removal of soil, refilling of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of pole and coping with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate all as per SSR part I complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing surfaces of LT/HT electric poles of any type size including street light brackets, bracket clamps, cable protection pipe, terminal box, stay etc of any sizes and shape & dusting, cleaning the surface complete and applying one coat of aluminium paint completely including painting strips on poles with one coats of sky blue and white synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
