To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 Satisfactorily completed at least 25 percent of the contract value as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Any Construction Work of value not less than Rs. 19.78 Lakhs.

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 23.73 lakhs (in prescribed format)(credit lines/letter of credit/certificate from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc in prescribed format otherwise tender will be rejected)

The tenderer should be a PWD Registered class III & above Contractor

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years 2021-22 to 2025-26. Achieved in at least One Financial years a Minimum annual financial turnover Rs. 79.11 Lakhs (Turnover certificate without UDIN number is Treated Non Responsive)

The Earnest Money Deposit Rs. 80,000.00 shall be in two parts (1) Rs. 25,000.00 by e-payment Part (2) Balance EMD of Rs. 55,000.00 EMD shall be in favor of Executive Engineer PWD Division Karwar and may be in the form of Bank Guarantee issued by Nationalized/Scheduled Bank in favor of Executive Engineer PWD Division Karwar Contractor should upload the scanned Copy of issued by Nationalized or Scheduled Bank.

Each Tenderer should further demonstrate (a) As per this note, each tenderer should demonstrate availability of few key equipments /machinery for execution of the work . However as per Govt circular no GO-FD/AE 263/EXP12-2022 dt-11-05-2022, this clause for owning key equipments for works costing up to Rs.3.00 crores is exempted. However it is obligatory for the contractor to use the following machineries for various activities involved in construction as per Morth specification.
