Annual overhauling of Boiler Airpreheaters and its auxiliaries of 1X210 MW unit 5 at GGSSTP Roopnagar

1.1 LUMP SUM RATE for Annual overhauling of Boiler as per scope of work item no.1 of PART-III(A). Note:- Above scope of work includes welding of 500 nos. HP joints HP joints welded more/less than 500 nos. will be paid /recovered @ at sr. no.1.2 below. + 1.2 Rate for extra H.P. joint for tube size 44.5 to 76.1 mm dia of any thickness for the purpose of extra payment/ recovery. (Total amount for 1.1 to 1.2 from price breakup mentionerd here)

LUMP SUM RATE for Annual overhauling of wind box and its assemblies and pent house as per scope of work part-III (B). Note;- Above scope of work includes repair/ replacement of roof skin casing as detailed in scope of work upto 75 sq. mtr. area.

3.1 LUMP SUM RATE for Annual overhauling of Airpreheaters as per scope of work PART-III(C). Note:- Above scope of work includes replacement of 80 no. Heating elements & 40 sq. mtr. of the duct & hoppers. Heating elements replaced more / less than 80 nos. will be paid / recovered @ at sr.no.3.2 below + 3.2 Rate for extra heating element replacement for the purpose of extra payment / recovery. + 3.3 Replacement of support bearing of APH as per detailed scope of work in item 1 of PART-III (D). + 3.4 Replacement of set of pins of airpreheater rotor as per detail scope of work in item 2 of PART-III (D) (one set contain 346 pins in one APH) + 3.5 Replacement of expansion bellows of airpreheater out let primary air duct as per item 3(i) of scope of work Part-III(D) + 3.6 Replacement of Expansion Bellow of Secondary air duct as per item 3(ii) of scope of work Part- III(D) + 3.7 Replacement of Expansion Bellow of Flue Gas duct as per item 3(iii) of scope of work Part- III(D). (Total amount for 3.1 to 3.7 from price breakup mentioned here)
