Material & Labour for disconnecting LT XLPE cable of any size from LT Panel, any location as directed for finding fault and Material & Labour for defect rectification of underground cable laid in trenches or any location by locating fault with the help of electronic fault locating machine comprising of surge generator pulse, ECHO fault locator with high frequency distance calculator etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: (i) The fault locating equipments shall be brought to site within the 12 hours of instruction from Engr-in-Charge. (ii) Complaint will be notified to contractor on mobile phone at any time between 0800 hrs to 2200 hrs and contractor has to rectify the fault within 12 hours after notification, failing which Rs 500/- per day per complaint shall be deduected from the dues to the contractor. (iii) Rate quoted by contractor is deemed to be inclusive of cost towards earth work required for job.

Supplying, fixing, jointing and testing heat shrinkable Straight through joint , with and including jointing materials and necessary earth work suitable for 1100 V , XLPE LT cable of size 25-50 sqmm , 3.5/4 core , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per item Ser No 2.00 above but for cable of size 70-120 Sqmm, 3.5 core - complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per item Ser No 2.00 above but cable of size 150-185 Sqmm, 3.5 core - complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per item Ser No 2.00 above but cable of size 240-400 Sqmm, 3.5 core - complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material & Labour for repair/maint of LT panel board, of any size, any capacity outdoor/indoor type, duly disconnecting existing incomer/outgoing LT Cables any size, taking out all unserviceable MCCBs/MCBs/ bus bar, internal wiring, insulators, cleaning complete panel internally and externally, carrying out necessary repair work of welding, painting complete with spray painting. Installing existing bus bar duly new heat shrink insulating sleeves, new post insulators,door gasket, nut, bolts and washers. Rewiring of complete panel board as per existing with new wire of suitable size, replacement of unserviceable MCCB, MCB, meters, indicators complete. connecting incomer and outgoing LT Cable all as per exisitng, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: (i) Quoted rates are deemed to be inclusive of minor items like cleaning material, insulators, wire, sleeves, gasket, welding work, cable lugs, insulation tape etc and excluding MCCB, MCB, meters, indicators etc required for job. (ii) Quoted rates includes necessary earth work for disconnecting LT cable. (iii) Contractor should report to MES Rep for necessary shutdown for the respective feeder and should insure safety to avoid any untowards incident. All T&P and safety eqpts shall be provided by the contractor to worker at hisown expense.

Supply only following items for incorporation in Item No 6.00 above as replacment of old unserviceable items:- Note: fixing charges included in the item No 6.00.

ACB in the existing panel air circuit breaker of rating 800A, 4 pole, 50 KA, MDO microprocessor based SR 18G release, fully interlocked casette door, automatic saftey shutters, mechanical ON & OFF indicators, closing coil and shunt trip coil voltage 220-250 V AC and as per existing CT ratio ACB ensures validity of short circuit tests, service/test isolated position with indicators complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 mtr in wide and exc. 1.5 mtr but n. exc 3.0 m in depth and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Removing of excavted soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material & Labour for sand/fine dust cushioning to under ground cable providing with a layer of and 08 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm after laying of cable in trenches, hand punning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note : punning thickness of 18 cm shall only be measured for payment)

Supplying and laying precast concrete LT cable cover, class LV, type flat , size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete for protection of underground cable all as specified and directed.

Supply, stringing, streaching and binding in replacement with insulator, ACSR conductor (Weasel /ferret/Mink) on HT/LT Poles including providing of necessary jumpers, connecting all existing incoming and out going connections etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material & Labour for Dismantling of ACSR conductor from LT pole and shifting of street/security light fittings to the position as directed on any type of pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: Dismantling of ACSR should be done after connection of LT UG Cable and Sch of Credit will be measired against cable.

Material & Labour for Dismantling of cross arms of MS fabricated complete with all accessories viz nut, bolts, washer etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply, Laying, jointing and testing LT underground cable, heavy duty, 1100 Volts, XLPE insulated and sheathed, armoured with multi-stranded aluminium conductor cable , laid in trenches/ducts or fixed to poles/walls including cable gland of suitable sizes and aluminium lugs for connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge of following size:-

Note for Item No 17.01 to 17.08: (i) During earth work for laying of cable, any damage to the existing services shall be made serviceable by the contractor without any extra cost within 24 hrs. (ii) Sch of credit for cable has not been considered for complete qty because conversion of ACSR will be done at some places and credit should be of ACSR. (iii) Contracor should visit the site before quoting the rate for understaniding the scope of work.

Material & Labour for cutting through existing bituminous road /PCC/floor/ along cross section of the road for laying of GI tubing/RCC pipe for encasing of cable and repairing the road to match with the original finishes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. Note: GI Pipe shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of this schedule.

Supply and errect in true vertical position steel tubular swaged poles in replacement complete with MS base plate of 6mm of size 300mm X300mm finial taper plug,pole cap,bolts,nuts and washers screws,pole made out of ERW MS tubing as per IS-1161 and pole shall be as per IS-2713 Part II type 410 SP-31 (9.00 Mtrs Long) complete including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of Aluminium paint for exposed surfaces and two coats of black bitumenous paint for portion embedded in concrete complete including dismantling old pole and removing from site all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: Excavation and earth work, PCC in foundation /plinth block/coping shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material & Labour for Plain Cement Concrete 1 : 4 : 8 Type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation for pole including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply & Fix in repair /replacement of street light juction box of size 200mm x 160mm x 98mm, top hing door type, complete with 4 way connector - 01 No, 6 Amps SP MCB - 01 No, fixing on street/security light pole of any type with suitable MS clamp, nut, bolts, washers and cable gland for each connection complete all as specified and as directed at site by Engineer in Charge. Make of box : HENSEL/Sintex or equivalent as approved by GE

Material & Labour for spreading evenly stone aggregate of size 40 mm size in the Sub Stn area complete all as directed by Eng-in-Charge at site.

Material & Labour for Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts,bolts,washers, welding , bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts,in any shape or sizes as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat and two coats of alluminium paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Material & Labour for disconnecting old unsv main switch any type and supply & fixing, connecting to existing cable with new MCCB, 4 pole, 63 Amps, 25 KA, including sheet metal enclosure duly powder coated fixed on existing angle iron stand with nuts, botls etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site. Supply & Fix street light bracket made out of GI tubing 40mm bore, 1.5 metre long bent to shape as directed, including suitable MS clamp with MS bolts, nuts and washer fixed to steel tubular pole/PCC pole duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply & Fix LED bollard light fittings, LED 10Watt, all including fixing material and earth work complete and connected to nearest electric pole complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.
