Supply & fixing solid PVC frame door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing factory made solid pannel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rails lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification complete all as specified and directed.

S&F plain, solid, straight chowkats of second class hard wood and frames, wrough, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chemfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35 mm thick factory made 2nd class hard wood plain, framed, panelled shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panelsof 9mm thick BWP commercial; ply or 12mm thick veneered p article boards on both sides. The size of rail and style as per IS-1003 (part-I) kiln seasoned and chemicaly pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 25mm thick 2nd class Hardwood glazed and skeleton shutters, open reabeted and prepare to received glass fitted with cut and mitred beads for secuing glass for ventilators complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new untreated wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation board/slabs/ blanket any thickness including cover filllets all as directed.

M&L 9mm thick Prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with nails to timber frame work as in ceiling complete all as specified

M&L non skid ceramic tile 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) are of each tile exc 0.11Sqm but not exc 0.18Sqm, in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick CM 1:4 screed bed for laying floor complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No. 31.00 above but as in skirting over rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3.

M&L for light shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors over 15 mm thick screed bed of CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No. 33.00 above but as in skirting over rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3.

M&L for white glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300X200X7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 and pointed in white to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tile 20cmx20cmx25mm thick, set and jointed over 20 mm screed bed in CM 1:4 and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey pigment cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment of any size and shape confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 Grade as approved by GE laid in flooring and joints filled/broomed with fine sand complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base coarse complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing, cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, kerbs , and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Schedule of Credit of Rs (-) 46,000.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II. Contract Sum shall be arrived after deducting the credit amount. Note :- Tenderers will not quote against this item being a firm amount.
