Bidders are allowed to enter the Bidder Name and Values only ) The amount provisioned under the contract is provisional and the execution of works shall depend upon the requirement for repair, reconstruction and or construction of any additional spaces/rooms in school buildings, construction/repair to boundary wall, water supply, electrical or other ancillary works related to school infrastructure as per requirements generated from time to time during the year. Therefore the amount may vary on negative side in the event of less or no requirement for repair /reconstruction of above mentioned works generated during the year. In that event no compensation/ damages on account of deemed profit shall be applicable/payable for whatsoever reason it may be. This is an explicit condition to the contract.
