Dismantling/Taking out existing hessain base felt or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab including removing dust, dirt and washing the roof and removing the dismantled debris to a distance exceeding 200 m but not exceeding 3000m spread and levelled as directed by Engr-in -charge.

M&L rendering 10mm thick (avg) on concrete surface over roof slabs,in cement mortar 1:4,mixed with liquid water proofing compound,finished even and smooth without using extra cement,to receive roof treatment complete all as specified and as directed (Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separetely)

M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum veight 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non- woven fabric (wt. not less than 150gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by torch application method with minimum side overlap 100mm and 150mm as end lap over roofs after cleaning the surfaces properly with water and allowed to dry completely including priming surfaces for applying heavy treatment complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plastering of any description on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debries and depositing where directed.

Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing 5 mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing and applying 15mm thick in CM 1:4 ready mix external sand faced cement plaster with neat cement rendering at all locations in two coats of masonry (except stone masonry) and concrete surfaces including providing water proofing compound to the first coat of plaster as per manufacturers specification, inclunding racking out joints, hacking of concrete surface, finishing, curing, and neccesary scaffolding etc complete.

M&L for Preparation of new surface of wall by scrapping / rubbing, applying two coats of Advanced Anti-algal Weather Proof 100% Acrylic smooth emulsion with silicon additives, over a coat of fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane. complete as per Manufacturere specifications Make: Asian paints Ultima Suprema+ Damp proof or eqlt.

M&L for preparation of new CEILING surface and applying two coat of oil bound distemper and preparation of the surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Complete removal of existance treatment of old wall and applying a layer of 3mm thick wall care putty in two coat on wall and applying two coat of oil bond distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of of old Ceiling and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed

Preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed

Supply liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

M&L for taking down loose and damage concrete cement plaster from soffits of ceiling, floor/ slab, vertical surfaces of columns, beams, slabs etc examing concret by tapping with light hammer and marking of the loose concrete areas of structural elements in straight line geometrical forms, grooving the edges same with grinder upto 5-10mm depth without damaging existing rebars, carefully removing carbonated concrete around the rebars upto 10mm depth by low impact high frequency hammer/ chipper without damaging the sound concrete including exposing and removing rust from reinforcement by rubbing with wire brush and plenty of water so as to remove the loose particles, dust, laitance etc and removal of debris to a distance n.exc 50m and deposited where directed all as specified and as directed. Make : Sika or Equivalant in Forsok, Asian approved by GE.

Provinding and applying jacketing around damaged member of columns ,beams providing including bonding agent and applying rust remover and corrosion resistant coating and coating with ready to use non shrink cementitious free flow micro concrete including providing and fixing of water tight foam faced finish shuttering of minimum 18mm thickness and drilling holes and fixing shear anchor supporting formwork, all lead lift, mixing placing de shuttering levelling the surface by grinding off cementitious slurry or cementitious joints difference if any to satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and curing. Make : Sika or Equivalant in Forsok, Asian approved by GE.

Providing and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer Sika Rust off 100 on the existing rebar and allowing it to react with rust for 6 hrs and form a corrosion resistant, insoluble and adherent protective layer, followed by applicationof zinc rich epoxy anti corrosive protective coating Sika Friazinc R for rebar corrosion protection system in 2 coats of 0.4kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed. Providing and application of corrosion inhibiting impregnation coating Sika Ferrogard 903, designed for use as an impregnation for protection of steel reinforcement within unexposed concrete in consumption of 0.5 kg/sqm.
