Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roofs complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of mud phuska on roof any thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Scrapping surfaces of roof by wire brushing removing all loose dirt and cleaning and washing down the surgaces with water complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as in padding over roof, minimum thickness at khurra as 20mm to maintain a slope of 1:100 ,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 3mm thick APP (Atactic Polyproplene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 4.0 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane black finished, reinforced with non-woven polyster matt make as approved including of a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 ltr/sq.m by the same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Ltr at 25 degree C temperature and viscosity 70 - 160 cps Over the coat, 3mm th 5 layered APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealling all joints etc after the surface complete as per standard practice as per manufacturers instructions. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under - (i) Joint strength inlongitueinal and transverse direction at 23 degree C as 650/450N/5cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300 / 250 N/. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree C Cold flexibility upto 20 degree C when tested in accordance with ASTM (D05147) (iii) The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of manufacturer of membrane complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC cement concete tiles of size 250x250 and 20 to 25mm thick laid as in roof floor over 15mm thick (1:4) cement bed, set, jointing and pointing with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for surface preparation & Cleaning the surface and made free of dirt, foregin particles laitance followed by grinding all protrusions to make surface modulated and including cement platering 20mm thick in cment mortar 1:4 incl mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufecturer instruction on surfaces of floor etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement and making strips of size 30cm x 30cm. Thereafter, inspection for cracks on the surface caused by thermal expantion contraction. Cutting the grooves with suitable cutter machine in 'V groove filled with Repair mortar/Mircroconcrete/General purpose grout as recommended propertionaly as per recommendation of manufacturer. Making of Gollas at all the corners with Polymer modified mortar (1:4) Cement: Sand with 3.5% Acylic of Cement weight, Supplying and applying High build waterproofing coating based on pure hydrophobic polyurethane cold applied of spray /brush applied membrane with and elongation of 280% and tensile strength of 2.7 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 2370, crack bridging ability of 3mm, hardness (shore A scale) 80, solar reflectance of 84% as per A ASTM E903-96, SRI of 106, capilary absorption of 0.01kg/m2 h0.5 as per EN 1062-3, adhesion must be of > 2.0 N/mm2 as per EN 1542, artificial weathering must be passed as per EN 1062-11 temprature resistance must be in between -300C to +900C, no leakage upto 5 bars of water pressure as per DIN 1048 mm min 88% solid content. The system includes final top coat of high build waterproofing coating based on pure hydrophobic polyurethane white in color application in 2 coats with a total min consumption of 1.5 Kg per SQM in ratio 60% 40% in both coats respectively over a coat of epoxy primer 1:1:2 (Resin hardner:water) with a min consumption of 0.2 Kg per SQM. Application should be given by company for the product on company letterhead, complete all as specified and directed Note: Resin is one of the component of PU Magnum Primer which is two components water based epoxy system, it is classified as SR-B2 0 according to EN 13813 having properties like color of pale yellow viscocity 900mPas, density 1.15kg/lt and adhesion of >3N/mm2. Hardener is one of the component of PU Magnum Primer, which is a two components water based epoxy system, it is classified as SR B2, 0 according to EN 13813 having properties like color of pale yellow, viscocity 37000mPa's, density 1.08kg/l and adhesion of >3N/mm2, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- The rates incl scaffolding/ladders etc as required up to 12 m bldg height, not paid separatly.
