Making of Gollas at all the corners with Polymer modified mortar (1:4) Cement: Sand with 3.5% Acylic of Cement weight, Supplying and applying High build waterproofing coating based on pure hydrophobic polyurethane cold applied of spray /brush applied membrane with and elongation of 280% and tensile strength of 2.7 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 2370, crack bridging ability of 3mm, hardness (shore A scale) 80, solar reflectance of 84% as per A ASTM E903-96, SRI of 106, capilary absorption of 0.01kg/m2 h0.5 as per EN 1062-3, adhesion must be of > 2.0 N/mm2 as per EN 1542, artificial weathering must be passed as per EN 1062-11 temprature resistance must be in between -300C to +900C, no leakage upto 5 bars of water pressure as per DIN 1048 mm min 88% solid content. The system includes final top coat of high build waterproofing coating based on pure hydrophobic polyurethane white in color application in 2 coats with a total min consumption of 1.5 Kg per SQM in ratio 60% 40% in both coats respectively over a coat of epoxy primer 1:1:2 (Resin hardner:water) with a min consumption of 0.2 Kg per SQM. Application should be given by company for the product on company letterhead, complete all as specified and directed
Note: Resin is one of the component of PU Magnum Primer which is two components water based epoxy system, it is classified as SR-B2 0 according to EN 13813 having properties like color of pale yellow viscocity 900mPas, density 1.15kg/lt and adhesion of >3N/mm2. Hardener is one of the component of PU Magnum Primer, which is a two components water based epoxy system, it is classified as SR B2, 0 according to EN 13813 having properties like color of pale yellow, viscocity 37000mPa's, density 1.08kg/l and adhesion of >3N/mm2, complete all as specified and directed. | 100 | Square Metre | - | - |
