(As per scope of work Annexure C of SBD item Sl.No.01)Job includes dismantling of old existing, damaged Hoisting Bogieand its components such as Hoisting Drum, Motor, Panel, etc. with the help of Hydra Crane, skilled labour and placing the same at an ideal place at site. Fabrication of new Overhead Crane cum Hoisting Bogie of 5 Ton capacity designed as per already installed Crane structure such as Main Crane Beam Span and Beam Runners. Fabrication of new Bogie frame made from MS channel of suitable size and as per design for safe load. The Bogie frame shall be fabricated as per design for fixing arrangements of Bogie Hoisting components such as Gear Box, Motor, Drum, Pulley, Panel, etc. Complete job includes Cost of Material, Labour charges, charges for all Tools and tackles required for execution of work, Crane charges etc. Providing and fitting of Bogie Hoisting components on new fabricated frame of MS channel such as: - a. Heavy duty Crane Helical Gear Box – Gear Box shall be design for 5 Ton capacity and shall be of reputed make and the Gears shall be hardened to grind as per the quality and sound. b. Motor shall be installed minimum 7.5 HP 3-Phase, 960 RPM Crane Duty S4 class. c. 200 mm diameter Hydraulic Brakes shall be installed with Brake Drum Coupler. d. Fabrication of Drum shall be done by using seamless Pipe and Shaft shall be made of EN series and Bearings and Bearing Blocks shall be provided of superior quality. e. Gear set shall be fabricated as per the design and as per the speed of Hoisting. f. Panel Box shall be fabricated as per the suitable size of fitting of contactors for all the movements of Crane such as Up and Down, East and West, North and South movements as per Motor loads. 6 Nos. contactors, one no Relay, RYB Phase Indicator, MCB 1 No., Terminal Blocks, Pendant Remote of superior quality for 6 operations. Panel shall be installed with Remote Pendant and operation shall be done at floor level through Remote. g. Steel wire rope of suitable size shall be provided of superior quality as per length required. h. Sheaves shall be made of CI material with good quality of composition of material. i. 4sq. mm 3 Core Cable shall be installed for the main supply as per length required and shall be fixed to Wire Rope at both ends with the help of new Cable Hangers for the smooth running of Cable on Hangers while Crane operations. One MCB shall be installed with its Gang Box at floor level from the point of main Power Supply to the Crane as per suitable capacity. j. Four No Bogie travelling Wheels shall be fabricated out of EN series and shall be fixed to the bogie at specific centre CC of existing Crane structure main Beams. Two No Bogie Wheels shall be fabricated as Gear Wheels for the running of Bogie to cross travel movement and shall be fixed opposite sides and other two shall be made as without Gear and shall be fixed to the balanced opposite sides. One common shaft shall be fixed to both Geared Bogie Wheels with new Gears fixed to the Shaft and Shaft shall be fixed on Bogie in way that the operation shall be done with shall by fixing new Crane duty Gear Motor for cross travel movement. k. Complete fitting of all the components to the Bogie and painting shall done with superior quality paint and shifting of Bogie and other material to the site and Bogie shall be installed on main Crane Beams with the help of Crane (Hydra) and the help of skilled labour and Wiring shall be done. l. Crane Track strengthening shall check as any alignment fault and levelling shall be checked with latest instruments.Packing plates shall be provided to Track for levelling and stiffeners shall be Welded for extra support to the Track. m. Installation of two numbers Gear Motors on longitudinal travel both at the opposite Tracker Gear Wheels by fabricating new platform as per the size of Gear Motor and at the perfect level to match both Gears of Tracker Wheel and Gear Motor Gear which is to be fabricated and fitted to Gear Motor as per the pitch of Tracker Gear Wheel for the smooth running of Crane in longitudinal movement. Proper cleaning of Crane shall be done and shall be painted with superior quality of Paint to Crane structure and its components twice

Providing, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 2 Volts 100 AH Lead-Acid type high impact Polypropylene Copolymer container, Flame Retardant Batteries 55 Nos. of Batteries. Job includes Transportation of Batteries to site, loading at Firm's Establishment/Unloading at site, creation of Battery Bank on New Battery stand using these 55 Nos. Batteries with the help of Copper Lugs, Washers, MS Earthing Studs, 1.1 KV Grades PVC insulated multi-strand Flame/Vermin Proof Copper Conductor 6.0 Sq. mm/suitable grade employing skilled labour. Complete Job. Providing, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Auto Float-cum-Boost Battery Charger with DC Distribution Board, suitable protection devices in one enclosure complete with all accessories and wiring for Charging Battery Bank comprising of 55 Nos. 2 Volts, 100 AH batteries to get 110 Volts DC from battery charger. Job includes transportation of FCBC to site, loading at Firm's establishment/unloading at site, establishing electrical connections between FCBC and Battery Bank with the help of 1.1 KV grades PVC insulated multi-strand flame/vermin proof copper conductor of suitable size and grade by employing skilled labour.
