Repair and Renovation of Mahendratanaya Bridge Such as Providing Mastic Asphalt, Stripseal Expansion joint system, BC and others on Paralakhemundi to Narasenapeta road at ch. 1.000 km for the year 2025-26.

Dismantling Prestressed/Reinforement cement concrete of grade M-20 and above including T & P and scaffloding whenever necessary, sorting the dismantled materials disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking the serviceable materials with all lifts and lead of 1000 m etc complete as per clause -202 of MORTH specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision )

RCC M-30 grade for superstructure of Bridge in Soffit slab, Girder, Beam & Deck slab with formwork using 20mm to 10mm size crushed stone aggregates mixed by concrete mixer, laying in layers and compacting by vibrator & all eads and lifts as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Section-1500, 1700 & 2300 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emusion pressure distributor at a rate of 0.20kg per sqm. On the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MoSRT&H specification or road & Bridge works. including cost, conveyance, royalties of all the materials and cost of all labour , labour CESS and T&P required to complete the work and finished in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in -charge.

Providing & laying Bituminous Concrete of grading -2 using crushed stone Gr-2 materials of bitumen preparing preemixed materials with bituminous binder with hot mix plant, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to echieve the desired compaction as per clauses 501 and 507 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality & other materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 25 mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated finegrained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 1000C, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, all complete as per clause 515.

Providing and laying of Strip Seal Expansion Joint System, including dismantling of deck slab, wearing coat etc. and back filling of the recess up to final finish level with concrete of grade M-30, complete as per approved drawing(s), M.O.R.T&H, technical specifications section 2607.

Supplying and application of Epoxy bonding agent for old to new concrete etc. complete. including cost, conveyance, royalties of all the materials and cost of all labour , labour CESS and T&P required to complete the work and finished in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in -charge.

Painting two coats with synthatic enamel paints over a coat of primer on any elevation on road kerb, parapet and guard post for finished item of work including cost, conveyance & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, T&P etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing of RCC M-15 guard Post of 1.0m height and size of 15cm external diameter at top and 25cm of external diameter at bottom with base of 30cm x 30cm x 10cm thick as per IRC Specifications for finished item of work as per Section 800, 1500, 1600 & 1700 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Providing and fixing of bi-directional retro reflective raised pavement markers of approved colour,quality & make conforming to ASTM D-4280 made from injection moulded high imact polymer including cleaning, preparation of surface and fixing at position with approved quality adhesives including cost of all materials, labour transportation, taxes, duties sundries, T & P etc. Vide SOR 2022 Page-235.
