M & L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for in repair to pot holes any depth not exc. 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings). depth of potholes exc 30 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen of any penetration at 5.0 Kg. Per 10 Sqm applied with mechanical bouzer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete using paving bitumen of penetration VG-30, layed to required camber and gradient with paver and rolled to a uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC ( Un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc. 15 cm thickness below or above ground levels including hardcore complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work old size using fly ash brick conforming to IS-12894:2002,old size , straight or curved on plan including demolition, exc 6.0 m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) , including taking down old brick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stone gauage not exc 63 mm deposited spread and levelled n.exc 15 cm thick watered and rolled /rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50 mm thick Sand filling under floor or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.
