Sch 'A' Part I (Building Work)

Completion of Left over of prefabricated shelter single storey including foundation , earthwork PUF insulated panel walls, PUF insulated partition, PUF insulated ceiling, galvalume sheet roofing, steel columns, pedestals, trusses, etc alongwith sanitary annexe complete as per Drg No GEAF/WD-122/2015 Sh 1/2 to 3/3 all as specified and as shown on drawings and directed by Engineer in Charge

[Note: (i)Datails of left over work is attached as per Annexure 1(A) (ii) Contractor shall visit Bldg at site before quoting rate. (iii) Approx qty for left over work of Bldg is given in Annexure 1(A) . Which shall be varified before quoting lumpsum of Bldg. (iv) Rectification in Bldg if any required shall be responsibility of the contractor and the lumpsum quoted shall interlia include this provision and nothing extra shall be admissible. (v) Annexure '1(A) ' Showing list of balance work is for quidance only. The Lumpsum quoted shall included for all the items required for compeletion of work all as specified and shown on drawing.
