REPAIRS AND CLEANING TO SEWAGE LINE, MANHOLE, SEPTIC TANK AND REPAIRS TO PATH COMPOUND WALL AND CERTAIN B/R WORKS AT NAVAL STN THANE UNDER GE (NW) MANKHURD.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder, masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but exceeding ashlar facing and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete ,un-reinforced in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 centimetre thickness, below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete ,(reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour for cleaning /cleaning of blockage of manholes, gully traps, floor traps, vertical soils/ waste pipe of different dia and sewage lines in the area of 31 WEU and NRS Thane under GE (NW) Mankhurd Note: a) The labour (03 nos) will report daily at 0845 hrs on all working days excluding Sunday and holidays at complaint cell centre and attend complaints till 1645 hrs given by Engr -In- Charge . Complaints needs to be cleared within 24 hrs after receiving the complaints . The contractor will deploy requisite labour and supply all T&P ( mechanical Iron rods, knot ropes , bamboo etc) scaffolding ladders any other materials required to clear the blockages at the site without any extra cost .Labour for cleaning of sludge from sewage lines (any dia) to manhole is included in quoted rates. In case any labour does not report to Engineer In Charge for the whole day or found missing more than half an hour on any day, Panel recovery @ RS.860/- per head per day shall be made proportionally from contractor's dues. b) The above item includes conveyance cost of labour with their tools to travel from pocket to pocket to attend complaints including removal of sludge from the site outside MOD land to a distance not exc 5km (The department shall not be liable to provide any kind/form of transportation to the labour). (c) Registers of labour attendance and complaints shall be maintained by contractor at their own cost,which shall be kept in the custody of MES Department(complaint cell) duly signed by contractor's representative ,JE(civil) and Engineer in charge.

Cleaning of sludge from septic tank, soakage well and manhole etc of any capacity and depth by dewatering, taking out mud/ sludge/quid, getting out and removing & depositing the sludge , complete all as specified and directed ( Note septic tank and soakage well be cleaned by Mechanical Vehicle ( Tanker) and Dewatering/Sludge to be thrown away outside of defence area. Note: All T&P and transportation for carrying sludge including labour shall be provided by the contractor at their own cost.

M&L in repair hume pipe septic tank for 10 user , designed to carry sewage and sludge water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, Vent shaft, connection etc. dismantling and removing old Hume pipe connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old Brick bats and sludge etc. M&L for filled with brick bats of effective depth for soakage wells excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (slat glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar , in any internal dia and taking out of trenches if required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-2, 200 mm bore, laid in trenches and jointed complete with collars Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-2, 150 mm bore, laid and jointed complete with collars Complete all as specified and directed.
