Amount

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description, on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water, etc. & removing rubbish off the premises, complete all as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry surfaces or on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick CM (1:4) mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement on external surface of brick or concrete and finished the surface even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specfified and directed. (Note :- Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surface of ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly or previously untreated plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as directed. (Make : For wall putty- Birla white/Bison wall putty of Berger/Narolac wall putty/Asian paint powder putty /Acro wall guard.)

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of external walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly or previously untreated surfaces of any discription and applying two coats of water based acrylic antifungal / weather proof exterior emulsion paint (in camouflage pattern using number of colours) over one coat of exterior acrylic primer on wall/roof complete all as specified and directed. (Make : For weather proof paint -Apex Ultima of Asian, weather shield MAX of ICI/Dulux, weather coat long life of Beger, Acroguard 3X of Acro paint, Excel Total of Nerolac) Note : (i) Make of paint and primer shall be same. M & L for preparing old or previously treated plastered or unplasterd ceilings surfaces by brooming down or with steel wire brushes , scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash on ceilings complete all as specified and directed.
