Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201. etc. comp.

Earth work excavation from borrow pits for filling in all classes of soils, such as gravelly soil hard red earth shales, murrams gravel stoney earth and earth mixed with 50% lair sized boulders and hard gravel soil exept sand and hard rock requiring blasting as per SS 20A (Box cutting)

Picking the existing old metal for the B.T. surface and sectioning the undulations and all compacting charges etc., complete

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam (BM) of 50mm thick using 0.35 cum of 37.50-13.2mm metal 0.45cum of 13.20mm-2.36 and 0.20cum of 2.36mm and below metal, 0.025m3 Stone dust and 69kg of 60/70 grade Bitument for 10m2 of 75mm thick for premixing per 10sqm including coat and conveyance of all materials to CMP site including heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 tones capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site,spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 90mm/130mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections compaction by power roller to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitument into bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t, CMP with bitument boiler ,tipper trucks, paver finisher, power roller and all other Tools and plants required, including all other and incidential charges etc., complete as per Specification and incidential charges etc., complete as per Specification and incidental charges etc. complete as per specification.

Providing and Laying Gravel to a compacted thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by Power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 1

Providing and laying of prime coat using Emulsion at the rate of 7 Kg per ten square meter over the WMM surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it.

Providing and laying Tack coat over WMM surface(treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all

BC 25/30/40mm Thick (Grade-II) Using VG30 Bitumen and Plastic Waste Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 25/30/40mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00- 9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 47.28kgs of VG30 bitumen and 3.02Kgs of Waste Plastic for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Maintenance Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under MGSMT including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRC-SP-20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost
