Earth work excavation and depositing on bank within initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS .20.A

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @20%&2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)& (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% repectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method) .

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Applying PRIMECOAT over WBM/ WMM surface at 7.00Kg of SS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.

Providing and laying 50 MM Compacted thick Bituminous macadam using 26.5 - 11.2 mm graded metal and 0.10 cum of 13.20 - 2.6 mm graded metal and 0.10 cum of 2.36 mm

Proving and laying premix carpet with seal type ‘A’ 20mm consolidate thickness using IRC size machine broken HBG metal 0.18cum of 13.2mm and 0.09cum. of 6.7 mm IRC size BHG metal with 9.80 Kg. of Bitumen for 10 Sqm. For seal coat including cost and convergence of all materials from approved quarry to work site and stacking them to departmental gauge for pre-measurement including cost of bulk bitumen which will be supplied departmentally at work site and the cost of which will be recovered at the rates as specified in the special conditions appended herewith and including convergence of bitumen to work spot handling labour charges for the Bitumen to required temperature and mixing the required quantity of metal and bitumen using mini hot mix plant conveying the mix by wheel borrows including labour charges for spreading the mix to grades, line & profiles & consolidation with power roller, rolling etc. including hire fuel charges and running charges for Mini Hot Mix Plant Power Roller and all other incidental charges, Tools and Plants employed and all incidental charges such as barricading providing danger lights etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Payment shall be made for finished item of work after completion.)
