Providing & fixing of Acoustical Ceiling System with high Grade wood panels having hard raisend faced with a pit system backed with . The tile should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, NRC 0.75, Light Reflectance >84% with Fire Resistance as per BS476 (Part 6 & 7) in module size of 595 X 595 X 12 mm/1200x2400x12mm@ 400kg/m3 density. The Grid should be 24 mm wide T sections i.e. the Main Runner 3000mm in web height of 32 mm, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees in web height of 26mm to comprise main runner spaced at 1200mm centers securely fixed to the structural soffit using suspension system at 1200mm maximum centre. The First/Last suspension system at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 450mm from the adjacent wall. Flush fitting 1200mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm centre to form 1200 x 600 mm module. Cut cross tees longer than 600mm require independent support. 600 x 600mm module to be formed by fitting 600mm long flush fitting cross tees centrally between the 1200 mm cross tees. Perimeter trim to be wall angles of size 3000x24x24mm, secured to walls at 450 mm maximum centers and as per the drawing and the work complete in all respects to the satisfaction of Engineer in-charge. Providing and Fixing of 15 to 18mm HDMR Flutted wood grooved panel having system NRC up to 0.88 with lineal perforation over 12mm thick waterprof ply than fluted pannel to be fixed with nails on the existing ply. MAKE: Aaction Tesa / Green (NS )

Providing and installing Carpet Tiles as per drawing complete & approved sample . Laying of the Carpet over the floors shall be as per manufacturer’s instructions. The floors shall be thoroughly cleaned before laying of the carpet. The Carpet shall be laid over a layer of manufacturers approved adhesive evenly spread over the entire floor. The rate shall include cutting, trimming, fixing and clearing away of residual material to a location as directed. The rate shall also include supplying and laying of a protective layer of PVC or HDPE sheet of 50 microns thickness, held together with scotch tape. The laid carpet to be vacuumed after the removal of protective cover/on commissioning. In case the stains are observed in the carpet after the protective layer is removed, because of inadequate protection, the same shall be shampooed and made good to the satisfaction of the EIC MAKE ROOT RUG/ SHAW/ MILLIKEN/JAZZ(NS )

Preparation of plastered or concrete surface for painting (including sand papering the surface) using ready mixed cement based wall putty by applying two or more coats to get required finish CSR 16.65

Providing and Fixing of Akous wood grooved panel having system NRC up to 0.88 with lineal perforation. The high grade MDF/HDDMR panels shall be melamine laminate of size 2440mm x128mm x 16mm with 2mm groove at 14mm pitch, Tongue and Groove edges for seamless mounting having density of 800kg/m3(base panel confirming to IS 12406 and laminated panel confirming to IS 14587). The back of the panels are perforated with a nonwoven fabric covering of 0.2mm for providing Sound absorption via the acoustic impedance method. Panel is fixed by using GI Framework 2400mmx50mmx0.50mm spaced at 600mmx600 c/c & 12 mm ply framework spaced at 600mm centres with suitable brackets and the system is backline with 50 mm rock wool@48kg density and along with all accessories example: chicken mesh and all. Supply and erection of Moulded Case Circuit Breaker (Panel mounting Cubical type) in the existing Cubical Panel (confirm to IEC:60947-2) having Ics=100% Icu, 100% neutral with spreader links and relevant PWD general specifications complete with G.I. Bolts, Nuts & Connection on both sides of MCCB with suitable size of thimbles etc:-

MS SHEET ENCLOSURE FOR MCCB's: CSR 34.23 D

Supply & Erection of indoor type MCCB enclosure of suitable size having provision for MCCB with extended rotary handle. The Enclosure shall be made from 14/16 SWG CRCA sheet, confirming to IS 8623/1977-82. The door should be double folded without edge and the gasket should be ‘S’ type puffed neutral rubber gasket for long life. The hinges of the door should be bolted type with double hole arrangement. The Enclosure door lock should be quick openable type spring loaded. There should not be any special tool or key to open the lock. The Enclosure will be wall mounting type having provision for cable entry from bottom/top with cable glands etc. The sheet metal is sprayed with corrosion resistant etch primer. The finishing treatment shall be applicable with air drying paint (7/9 tank Powder coated process should present in company pemises) after necessary putty work:-
