M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick wall or concrete surface including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement and including taking down cement or cement lime plaster on walls any description including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surface of wall and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surface of wall and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of wood and wood based material of any description area exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : (i) The contractor is adivised to quote their rates as per MOU accordingly. (ii) Please see notes also as mentioned in BoQ item No 22 and Schedule `A' Notes 26 on ser Page No 21 of Tender.

M&L for preparing old painted surface of steel/iron of any description area exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : (i) The contractor is adivised to quote their rates as per MOU accordingly. (ii) Please see notes also as mentioned in BoQ item No 22 and Schedule `A' Notes 26 on ser Page No 21 of Tender.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/ roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : (i) The contractor is adivised to quote their rates as per MOU accordingly. (ii) Please see notes also as mentioned in BoQ item No 22 and Schedule `A' Notes 26 on ser Page No 21 of Tender.

M & L for 1mm thick wall care putty over new plastered prepared surfaces of wall to achieve the surface even and smooth for painting and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489 : 2004, Alkali & Fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and inculding priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm (External surfaces only) complete all as specified and directed {(NOTE : Putty, Primer and emulsion to be carried out through air less spray (Mechanical means) machine} . NOTE:- (a) The work pertaining to painting work shall be executed by the contractor as per MoU from authorised applicator through manufacturer of the materials like OBD, synthetic enamel paint, putty etc (as applicable) after approval by the GE. (b) The contractor shall upload with the documents under cover-I "Memorandum of Understanding" (MoU) with at least one of the manufacturers mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be laible to be rejected. (c) Use of scaffolding, trestles, ladders,cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures. (d) Removing of Nails, making good holes, cracks etc. (e) Work in patches and in narrow/widths, bands, cornices, pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary. (f) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes. (g) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery electric fittings, wiring etc, Drop and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (h) Sample patch of 10 Sqm be prepared considering all the items of periodical and shall be got approved from GE prior to carrying out further work.

Taking down existing cement plaster and clean the surfaces of wall included the following items : (a) Providing & applying the water based silicon water replient and injection system confirming IS 2645-2003 with solid content 35% and lilica content 18%. It shall be mixed with water as per surface like concrete surface 1:10 and brick/block work 1:10 as per manufacturer's specifications. (b) Providing & applying one coat of modified cementitious bonding agent/waterproofing coating treatement over the treated area of water repellent mixed with 1 part Cement and 1 part Latex SBR/Bond SBR. (c) Providing & laying polymer WPC compound and fiber based ready mix plaster of average 15mm thick to the walls mixed with cement mortar (1:4) admixture with an integral waterproofing compound confirm to IS 2645 @ 200ml per 50 Kg cement as per manufacturer's specifications.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.
