Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Galvanized steel high mast lighting system of 16 meter height in two section, top section of 150 mm dia made up of 3mm thick sheet and bottom section of 360mm dia made up of 4mm thick sheet designed to withstand wind speed upto 180kmph, with 2/3 wire rope system and its accessories. High mast should be suitable for fittings of 8 Nos. flood light of capacity 200W LED lights, Non flame proof motor,movable lantern carriage, double drum winch 6mm, 316 Grade SS hoisting ropes of 7/19 construction, trailing cable -1 per mast (5 core 2.5 sqmm), lightning finial, anchor plate & template foundation nut, bolts, etc. power supply up to the panel & providing power cable from high mast to panel, crane for installation of high mast, unloading of materials, shifting of material from store to site, accessories like plug and socket, GI nut, bolts with double washer, wiring cable for fixture, flexible conduit, copper lugs, pvc tape, cable tie, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Necessary RCC foundation & bolting required for installation high galvanized mast light shall be provided as per manufacturer's recommendation and the cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connecting to the galvanised iron earth strip of size 36mm x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron, earth strip shall be protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 including reinforcement and one handle of 6mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering, perforated at bottom. 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, charcoal and common salt filled 150 mm thick all around the earth plate with fixing arrangement, funnel wire mesh and earth work in any type of soil returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR-2009 Part-I and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 40KVA confiorming to CPCB-IV+ with AMF panel 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, engine having 4 stroke, 4 cylinder inline engine, 52BHP, 1500rpm, turbo charged inter cooled, coolant cooled, electronic governor, 12v battery with generator controller, overload capacity 10% for 1 hour for every 12 hours running, Applicable standards BS 5514/ISO 8528, displacement 3.84Ltr, Bore/stroke 104x113, fuel tank capacity minimum 140Ltr, Exhaust after treatment system EGR + DOC.
