Providing and placing in position Plain Cement Concrete of M15 grade using broken hard granite coarse aggregate size of 20mm and down graded including placing in layers and vibrating, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts, labour etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer and complying with standard specifications for approah steps, side protection wall for approach road and tunnel intake without shuttering.

Providing Plastering with Cement mortar 1:3 mix 20mm thick including all cost materials,labour lead , lift etc complete for approach steps and protection wall top.

Brick work in CM 1:5 using the second class table moulded chember burnt bricks of size 9" x 4 1/2 " x 3 " including cost of all materials, transport, lead, lift and curing etc., complete for approach steps.

Supplying and laying using 50x50 mm opening of 10 Gauge thikness Galvanised Iron wire Chain link fencing with barbed wire 10 Gauge Two ply and four pronged (Galvanised ) at top & bottom with including cost of binding wire and lead, lift etc., complete for intake and dam down stream approach.

Supply , fabrication of structural steel of angles of size 65x65x6mm for fence post to a spacing of 2.8m and providing a flat of size 40x8mm at the top for stiffening the chainlink including cost of all materials , labour charges, lead, lift etc., complete for intake and dam down stream approach.

Supply , fabrication of structural steel for main gate and wicket gate with ornamental work including cost of all materials , labour charges lead lift etc., complete for dam downstream approach.

Supply, fabrication and erection and of hand rails by using ISA 75x75x6mm as vertical support and using MS pipe 2"Ø 3mm thick for top run, bottom 2 runs using 1"Ø 3 mm thick MS pipe including cost of materials,painting, labour, transportation, etc., complete for approach steps to the gallery and intake.

Supplying and fixing in position of single leaf steel door of size 0.90 x 2.1m with 35x35x5 mm ISA for outer frame and 25 x 25 x 5 mm ISA angle for shutter frame covered with MS sheet 18 gauge and braced with 20 x 5 mm flat as per specification including cost of all materials, necessary fittings, aldrop tower bolt , handle,lead, lift etc complete for DG room + G.R room

Supplying and fixing in position of steel window covered with weld mesh grill of size 7.5x2.5cm 10 Gauge with 35x35x5mm ISA for frame including cost of all materials, lead, litfs etc., complete for Gauge reader room.

Supply and fixing of plain glass of 5mm thich in old windows including cost of materials, cutting charges, transporting charges, fixing charges, removing the broken pieses from the site, etc complete for gauge reader room and DG room.

Supplying and laying in position of GI pipe line 50 mm dia of medium class ( B class) conforming to IS 1239 as directed by the Engineer in charge for water supply arrangements outside the Building including cost of all materials, specials such as Tees, bends, Couplings, screws cutting , threading, joining, specials, TW plugs, packing and wrapping the pipe laid underground with hessian cloth and tarring and fixing the pipe above ground to walls with galvanized iron clips lead, lift etc., complete for main pipe line from motor to overhead tank.

Supplying and laying in position of GI pipe line 25 mm dia of medium class ( B class) conforming to IS 1239 as directed by the Engineer in charge for water supply arrangements outside the Building including cost of all materials, specials such as Tees, bends, Couplings, screws cutting , threading, joining, specials, TW plugs, packing and wrapping the pipe laid underground with hessian cloth and tarring and fixing the pipe above ground to walls with galvanized iron clips lead, lift etc., complete for distribution lines from overhead tank.

Supplying and fixing of GM gate valve 50mm dia including cost of all materials lead, lift,fixing charges etc., complete for main line.

Supplying and fixing of GM gate valve 25mm dia including cost of all materials lead, lift,fixing charges etc., complete for distribution lines.

Providing weathering course with pressed tiles of size 20 cm x 20cm x2 cm thick over one layer on top as weathering course over brick jelly concrete , using 20 mm brick jelly in slacked lime over RCC roof slab proportion being 32 : 12.5 for a requred depth of 80 mm with required slope and well beaten with beaters etc and placing the tiles one layer using C.M 1 : 3,mixed with crude oil 10 % by weight of cement and pointed with crude oil mortar including cost of all materials,labour,lead,lift etc complete for gauge reader room.

Painting two coats of approved quality of enamal paint over a primary coat for steel doors & windows and grill etc including cost of all materials , labour, lead,lift etc complete for Gauge reader room.

Providing two coats of colour washing with Weather proof emoulsion paint of approved quality and colour in the inner side over one coat of weather proof primer for outer face of the dam parrapet wall after through cleaning the existing surface including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour charges, scaffolding etc. complete for dam and gauge reader room.

Wiring with 2x 1.5 sqmm (22 / 0.3 ) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC light point /Fan point (For Electronic regulator) etc complete for gauge reader room.

Supply and run of 2 of 4 sq.mm (56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V on 7/20 Gl bearer wire for service connection mains etc complete for gauge reader room. .

Supply and fixing of new 30 mm/suitable size steel wire rope with good quality for the screen gate using new fixing clamps,bolt & nuts washers,etc., and also applying rope compound as per IS complete after removing the old damaged wire rope ,clamps,bolt & nuts,etc.,complete using gas cutting machineries and special tools & tackles without damaging the parent body of the rope drums & gate and throughly cleaning the surface of the fixing area as per the instruction of Engineer at site including the cost of materials,labour charges,lead,lift,and also including cost of reduction of realisation of scrap which is to be taken away by the contractor etc,complete.

Replacement of damaged all 18 No.guide rollers on both side of gate with bearings,ecentric pins,bushes,seals, side locking plates & handles,spacer plates,pulleys,etc., and allign all the guide rollers completely and rectify the damaged track beam upto sill level by welding or replacing the beams in gate groove, Overhauling and reassembling of hoisting mechanisms including modification/replacement of manual operating arrangements etc., completely for trouble free operation, Cleaning and apply rope compound for steel wire rope, Replacement of teflon claded rubber seals for all sides of gate and overhauling the motor & brake assembly of Inter connecting Tunnel gate using whatever suitable size/type spares required such as bearings pins, seals, aluminium bronze bushes, spacer plates, gaskets, springs, etc., and also repairing the entire gate's skin plate & supporting structure materials,weights, with good quality as per IS for ensuring the trouble free operation of the above said parts and painting with epoxy coal tar as per the instruction of Engineer at site including the cost of dismantling, machining, welding , supporting structure materials, scaffolding arrangements, transporting, safety equipments, electricity charge, all materials, labour charges, consumable, lead, lift, etc.,complete.

Replacement of damaged Thambrabarani-Servalar interconnecting tunnel inlet trashrack pannels and its supporting structures and at Thambrabarani dam in side area using suitable structural members as per the instruction of Engineer at site including all labour charges, transporting charges, loading & unloading charges and dismantling charges etc., complete and also including cost of reduction of realisation of scrap which is to be taken away by the contractor.

Painting with two coats of EPOXY Zinc rich Aluminum paint over one coat Red oxide zinc phosphate paint after throughly cleaning the surface of spill way gate's hoisting structure area completely as per the instuction of Engineer at site including cost of materials, lead, lift etc.,complete.

Painting with two coats of epoxy coal tar over one coat of red oxide zinc phosphate of newly erected Thambrabarani-Servalar interconnecting tunnel inlet trashrack pannels and its supporting structures and at Thambrabarani dam in side area as per the instruction of Engineer at site including all labour charges, transporting charges, loading & unloading charges etc., complete.
