M&L for Scrapping, hammering, chiseling, scrubbing to surfaces of at any height using electric/mechanical means, hand brush, blower, etc or if needed then Dismantling/taking down old existing unserviceable cement plaster loose/unsound weaken cement concrete of any description and in any position from existing external/internal surfaces as recommended by the manufacturer and disposal of all unserviceable complete up to a distance exc. 500 m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and applying a blend of Portland cement, graded fillers and chemical additives which impart controlled expansion, should be ready to use and can fill convoluted voids and cracks , it should componsates shrikage at both plastic and Hardened states. W/P ratio of 0.18. Strength of 1 day to be 20N/mm2. Time of expension to start after 20min of mixing and finish in 120 min of mixing epoxy bonding agent having mix density of 1.45 to 1.5 kg/ltr, compressive strength (BS-6319 PT 3)-25 Mpa at 7 days bond strength (ASTM C 881)-11 N/mm2 at 7 days, including all tools and tackles as per accepting officer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for removing the cavities, roughening the smooth surfaces, scrapping out / removing corrosion all loose/scale/rust etc from the visible reinforcement by using Alkaline Rust converting primer in two coats conforming to IS-13515 to exposed existing rebars after removing & cleaning loose rust by wire brush and leave it for 6-8 hours. M&L for applying 2 coats of two component amine cured epoxy primer/ mastic coating using Light brush blasting using nonmetallic abrasive leaving a clean, rough and even pattern. it should be based on a 100% epoxy formulation and contains no solvents or water diluents. Apply two coats with brush or squeeze to the existing surface, working well into the substrate.it should achieve Compressive Strength of >70 MPa after 14days, having pot life Pot life, minutes at 27⁰C, 100 g >40 mass, complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. M&L for providing and fixing welded MS wire mesh weighing not less than 1Kg/Sqm of size on the prepared surface & surface should be cleaned and be removed from dirt, fungus and all foreign material complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for applying 2 coats of amine cured epoxy coating cum primer A film thickness of approx. 1 to 2mm should be built up in two coats, should achieve Adhesion bond strength 1 N/mm2, pot life of 30 minutes@30 C. Before applying primer Concrete / steel surface should be cleaned by any suitable method (like sand blasting, water jetting etc.) to remove oldCoatings, grease, oil, curing compounds, loose particles, weld spatter, flux, rust etc, complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. . .

M&L for applying 25 mm screed with single component cement based Polymer modified fibre reinforced mortar to produce a thixotropic mortar . The product shall achieve a compressive strength of 15 MPa in 1 day & 45 MPa in 28 days and a flexural strength of 7 MPa @ 7 days. Cement and sand can be used for finishing purpose. It shall compensate both plastic and hardened shrinkage and have minimum direct adhesive bond strength of greater than 2 MPa. It shall be alkaline, compatible with host concrete with similar thermal properties and shall achieve a elastic modulus of minimum 25 kN/Sqmm. The single component cement based Polymer modified fibre reinforced mortar should be mixed with hydrolysis resistant primer cement modifier, not less than 8% of weight or 2.4 ltrs per 30 kg bag of single component cement based Polymer modified fibre reinforced mortar, which provides excellent bond to concrete, Improves tensile and flexural properties of mortar, Versatile having specific gravity of 1.02.All cementations systems have to be cured for a minimum period of 3-5 days by water curing. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M&L for protecting and plastering of waterproofed surface Using cement based, micro- silica restoration mortar which can be applied by trowel.. It is reinforced with specially designed bean shaped, alkali resistant synthetic fibers for exceptional resistance to cracking. It is recommended for repair situations requiring application of mortar up to 10 mm thickness in one layer.The product shall achieve a compressive strength of 11 MPa in 1 day & 30 MPa in 28 days and a minimum flexural strength of 6 MPa @ 7 days.The cement based, micro- silica restoration mortar should be mixed with acrylic polymer cement modifier @ 8% of weight or 2.4 ltrs per 30 kg bag of cement based, micro- silica restoration mortar . which provides excellent bond to concrete, Improves tensile and flexural properties of mortar, Versatile having specific gravity of 1.01 cement, sand can be used for finishing purpose.It shall have a tensile strength of minimum 2 MPa. It shall have a minimum bond strength of 2 MPa, complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for curing of the surface using low viscosity emulsion which incorporate a special alkali reactive emulsion breaking system. It shoud be non-penetrating continuous filmcomplies with the internationally recognized ASTM C309-90 standards including all tools and tackels complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge @ 250gms/Sqm. Product should have daylight Reflectance of 70% as per ASTM E-1347. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge. .

M&L for providing and crack sealing cementitious material in powder form. It is easy to apply and can be finished or smoothened off with a putty blade or a damp sponge. It sets quickly on application and can be over coated with common paints / coatings, white coloured with setting time of 15min and Compressive strength as per ASTM C 109 of 22N in 7 days. Mixing Ratio to 1: 2.5 (Water: Powder) Cutting groove of less than 6mm X 6mm. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. .

M&L for repair to damaged existing surfaces of upto 15 m height from plinth level by structural strengthening using epoxy injection grouting Complete all as specified and as directed by Enginer-in-charge and as under :- (a).High strength epoxy resin based Injection, Automatic NRV packers in all column and beams and other surafces from all access side Distance of injections will be 500mm c/c in matrix pattern until column is submerged in dampness of chemical . (b) Providing and injecting low viscosity epoxy grout having viscosity of less than 300 cps into concrete at 150mm to 300 mm centre to centre through Rohibb Injector & nylon nipples of 12 mm dia fixed into 14 mm dia drilled holes at 4-7 kg /cm2 pressure. Grouting to be done in cracks till the nozzle refuses to accept the grout or it flows from the adjacent nozzle and removing the nipples & sealing it with non-shrink epoxy putty. The grout shall exhibit bond strength of minimum 12 MPa as per ASTM D 882, minimum 75 MPa compressive strength as per ASTM D 695 and flexural strength of minimum 50 MPa as per ASTM D 790 .

M&L for applying 3 coats of cement based powder, modified with special additives and ready to use. Mixed with water, it cures forming a coating, with limited thickness which resists the penetration of water to achieve compressive strength of 36 N/mm2 in 28 days12 N/mm2 in 1 day , Elasticity modulus of 14000-16000 N/mm2 , adhesion bond strength of 8.2 N/mm Coating to be applied after proper surface preparation to remove loose dust, Cleaning, Mixing using slow speed electric drill and application of 2 coats. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for applying water based copolymer emulsion, formulated to achieve specific performance characteristics. It should have Excellent adhesion to concrete & cementious surfaces, Excellent water retention after film formation, Excellent penetration into the substrate there by providing the best adhesion. Substrate should have sufficient strength to receive the top coating. Any defects in the substrate like surface undulations, cracks, pin holes etc., should be rectified/filled before starting application.It should have specific gravity between 1.00± 0.02, Touch Dry @ 30 C -1 -2 hours. complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying two coats of single part elastomeric acrylic water based coating for surface based on high quality acrylic emulsion, functional filler, sunlight stable pigment and quality fungicides. The coating should have excellent flexibility to cover hairline crack, UV resistant, microbial resistance, low dirt pickup with Solar Reflectivity Index -105 . Crack bridging capacity upto 1.0 mm maximum, Hardness Shore A scale of 80 and apply one coat of water based copolymer emulsion, formulated to achieve specific performance characteristics. It should have Excellent adhesion to concrete & cementious surfaces, Excellent water retention after film formation, Excellent penetration into the substrate there by providing the best adhesion. Substrate should have sufficient strength to receive the top coating. Any defects in the substrate like surface undulations, cracks, pin holes etc., should be rectified/filled before starting application. It should have specific gravity between 1.25 to 1.40. Touch Dry @ 30 C -1 -2 hours. complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for treating the existing pipe penetrations using non-shrink, free flowing, cementitious grout .The compressive strength of the grout must exceed 50 N/mm2 at 7 days and 60 N/mm2 at 28 days. The flexural strength of grout must exceed 9N/mm2 @ 28 days. Fresh wet density of the mixed grout must exceed 2150 kg/m3. Further flashing the area using solvent based polyurethane based waterproofing material having minimum tensile strength on 3 N/mm2 and minimum elongation of 600%. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for applying Polyster Resin based Anchoring material in concrete before fixing nozzle it should typically attains a compressive strength in excess of 20N/mm2 @ 3 hours and and ultimate compressive strength of 70N/mm2 in 7 days (50mm x 50mm x50mm)when tested as per BS 6319 Part 2 : 1983. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. .

M&L for drilling hole chemical anchoring of reinforcement on existing surface with Hilti HIT- HY 70 or equivalent, minimum hole depth 150mm, steel bar 10mm dia and drill bit dia 12mm, complete all as specified and directed. Make: HT-V-R- M12x150 of Hilti Chemical anchoring polyester resin grout having compressive strength of 20N/mm2 @ 3 hours and an ultimate compressive strength of 70N/mm2 in 7 days (50mm x 50mm x 50mm)when tested as per BS 6319 Part 2 : 1983, complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for form work to sides and soffits of lintels, beams, columns, shelves, chajjas including overhangs etc for fair finished flat surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for providing and applying single component cement based free flowing grout with 10 mm washed aggregates; The grout shall be having non shrink property and a positive expansion of up to min 1 % in the plastic state and a flowability of 3 M at head of 250 mm for a gap width of 50 mm, developing a compressive strength of 25 MPa in 1 day & 60 MPa in 28 days, shall not bleed or segregate,having a minimum pot life of 20 minutes after which the expansion shall start, shall be also developing a flexural strength of Minimum 10 MPa & bond strength of 10 MPa, It shall have resistance to dynamic loads and specimens shall not get damaged /cracked on being subjected to alternate loads of 5 MPa to 25 MPa @ 500 Cycles per minute for minimum 2 Mio cycles, It shall be chloride free and creep resistant; with epoxy bonding agent having mix density of 1.45 to 1.5 kg/ltr,compressive strength(BS- 6319 PT 3)-40 MPa at 7 days bond strength (ASTM- C 881)-11 MPa at 7 days having an overlay time of 3 hrs at 30°C pouring cementitious grout into the formwork using suitable arrangement or if required using pumping device for and the bottom shuttering after 7 days ensuring proper bond between the cementitious grout and existing concrete substrate etc including all tools and tackles as per accepting officer,complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note: (a) The work for item Sr No. 1 to 21 to shall be executed directly by manufacturer or their authorized applicator. Application shall be authorized in writing by company and guarantee/responsibility of work executed shall be owned by manufacturer in writing. (b) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of material all labors tools and plants scaffolding and working upto 15 mtr height.
