Cleaning and desilting of kerb channel, bell mouth of any depth and width including taking out dry/ wet/ semi wet sludge, silt, malba, rubbish etc and disposed off the excavated material for all lead and lift /depth all complete as per direction of Engineerin-Charge.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Ordinary Portland admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Nothing extra shall be paid for using extra cement over minimum specified cement content. Note:- Cement content considered in M-20 is @ 270 kg/cum. All works upto plinth level (a) Concrete of M20 grade with minimum cement content of 270 kg /cum less cement used as per design mix is recoverable separately and excess cement will not be paid on this account.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : a) One or more coats on old work.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineerin-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Extra Conditions: 1. The approved design for Agreement Item No. 2, i.e., M20, shall be prepared by the agency, and no payment shall be made to the agency on this account. Hence, agencies are requested to quote amount accordingly. 2. All safety arrangements during execution, such as road barricading, safety cones, traffic diversion, deployment of traffic marshals, etc., shall be the responsibility of the agency, and no payment shall be made to the agency on this account. 3. During execution, if any utilities or services such as sewer lines, water lines, electric cables, tower wires, etc., are damaged, the agency shall be responsible for restoring or settling the same at its own cost, and no payment shall be made to the agency on this account. 4. Desilting/malba from the cleaning of kerb should and residue material from the site will be removed within 24 hours, fail to do so, penalty will be imposed of Rs. 2000 for per lump per day.
