Pumping Station
Survey, Design & Construction of Sewage Pumping Station with Coarse Screens (1 mechanical, 1 manual) & Channel of required internal dia and depth, in RCC M-25 for peak flow and for detention period of 5.0 minutes of peak flow on turnkey basis including designing and providing submersible raw sewage pumps, construction of inlet chamber, valve chamber LT/HT panel/Metering room,electric sub station incl transformer and electro magnetic flow meter , supply of diesel gen set and Servo voltage stablizer (AVR) of required capacities, pump house, firefighting arrangement, landscaping/site development, SCADA system for centralized control and monitoring, also including necessary excavation/sinking, dewatering, disposal of surplus silt or earth upto distance of 10 km or as directed by engineer in charge boulder filling in foundation below PCC, plugging in 1:1:5:3 cement concrete, including supply of well kerb as per design, applying epoxy paint on internal surface of sump well, and all other accessories also including erection, commissioning, testing & trial run for 6 months as per direction of Engineer In charge. Providing and construction of coarse Screen channel each to be designed for peak flow consisting manual bar screen of multiple/inclined rake type fabricated with 8 x 50 mm flat SS - 304 having 40 mm clear opening, conveyor belt etc. also including chute arrangement to take the screenings, screenings dropped from chute shall be collected in a wheel borrow. Manually operated CI Sluice Gates shall be provided at the upstream ends to regulate the flow. Adequate RCC Platform shall be provided at the upper level to enable operation. Railings shall be provided around the entire periphery of the platform. The entire structure shall be in M25 grade concrete and as per IS 3370. RCC Staircase, 900 mm wide, shall be provided for access from the ground level to the top of the Unit & to the operating platform.
