Grass cutting work inside the Operational area during 2026-27 at MVI Airport, Ayodhya.

Bushes/grass cutting by mechanical means using tractor-mounted grass cutting machines in accessible areas and hand-held grass cutting machines in inaccessible, restricted and confined locations within the operational area, as and when required. The item shall include deployment of skilled drivers/operators for operating the tractor-mounted and hand-held grass cutting machines, fuel, lubricants, T&P, maintenance of equipment and all other incidental charges complete, as per the instructions and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - Agency shall refer SCC(Special conditions of contract) before quoting the rate.

Providing and operating hydraulic excavator (3D)/Loader (JCB or equivalent) with skilled driver and fuel with valid papers and licence of vehicle and drivers, for executing all kind of earth work including leveling, dressing of the ground, removal stone boulders etc. within Airport premises as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cartage of Malba/debris/cut grass residue, etc. from the operational area and transportation outside the operational area to designated locations within AAI premises by mechanical means, including loading, unloading, and all incidental operations, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC). a) Measuring upto 3 Cum ( size of hydraulic trolley) Note: - Agency shall refer SCC(Special conditions of contract) before quoting the rate.

Harrowing work upto depth 150mm at specified Area with the help of tractor & assembly to make the soil pulverised as & when required and removing of vegetation & wild growth all complete as per satisfaction of EIC. Note: - Agency shall refer SCC(Special conditions of contract) before quoting the rate.

Clearing of Grass, bushes vegetation pruning of trees etc all around & near. CAT-I light out side operational area by manual/ mechanicall means to be maintained for smooth operations all complete as per satification of EIC. Note: - Agency shall refer SCC(Special conditions of contract) before quoting the rate.

Supply of unskilled manpower for removal of creepers, bushes and unwanted vegetation growing over concertina fencing and operational boundary walls; cutting and removal of plants such as Madar, Sheesham, Reed Grass and other wild growth along the edges of drains, fencing, boundary walls and other operational areas, and carrying out other miscellaneous maintenance works as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor or his authorized representative shall be responsible for proper supervision of the deployed manpower and shall provide all necessary tools, tackles, implements and other T&P required for satisfactory execution of the work, complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor shall be bound to pay minimum wages/fair wages as notified by the Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India, prevailing on the date of opening of tender and any statutory revision/increase made by Central/State Government during the currency of the contract. Note:(i) PF and ESI reimbursement shall be made only on submission of valid PF and ESI challans to the Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Rates quoted for this item shall be firm and fixed and no extra payment will be made in case of increase of rates of Minimum Wages.
