Removing, cleaning of blockage from WC trap of any description and in any position by removing sand/sludge/silt and other foreign material deposited in ( mechanically) upto first manhole and making the sewage system functional to the entire satisfaction complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

All as per item No.01 above but from traps of bath rooms / kitchen sink / wash basin / Urinal point and gully traps complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Cleaning of sewage lines 110mm bore laid in depth upto 1.5m below ground level (mechanically) by removing all type of sand/sludge/silt and any foreign material deposited incl manholes and removing to a distance n. exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Cleaning of sewage lines 150mm bore laid in depth upto 1.5M below ground level ( mechanically) by removing all type of sand/sludge/silt and any foreign material deposited incl manholes and removing to a distance n. exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

All as per item No 04.00 above but depth exc 1.5m and n.exc. 3.0m complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for pumping out/dewatering of soakage wells, septic tanks etc of any size and depth by mechanical means i.e. pumping sets etc and removing the muddy water in liquid or semi-liquid/solid state and deposited to to a distance exc. 250m and n.exc. 500m complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for desilting/desludging the septic tanks/ soakage wells etc by manual labour or mechanical means and removing the sludge in liquid or semi-liquid/solid state out side defence land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m deep in soft loose soil for sewage lines, manholes etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Demolition of RCC work of any description and any position complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for precast Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Nominal mix type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs and set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge. Note : Mild steel bars required under the subject item shall be measured and paid under relevant items.

Supply only mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia bar cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for fencing posts and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply only Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for handles etc and hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E 250) Quality A or Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 Nominal mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in benching for cover slab over manholes, banks, capping, bed plate etc including form work if any and surface smooth & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Demolition of Precast Concrete work/ precast concrete block built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry using PCC, Type C-5 solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M & L for preparing newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion based premium quality matt finish exterior antifungal paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable PVC pipe of size 150/110/75mm from trenches and walls with all fittings including necessary excavation, RFR and removal upto 250m complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F for 150mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches floor or wall and similar works complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

All as per item No 22.00 above but 110mm dia pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and deposited where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) for correction of roof slab / roof padding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering/ screed on terrace or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Material and labour for APP modified waterproofing treatment over existing RCC roof slab with following specification including brushing off the surface to receive the treatment obtain the required surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge. :- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 1.2 kg/Sqm on the prepared dry roof surface. (b) Laying 4mm thick APP membrane Plain finish weight not less than 3 to 4 kg per sqm by torch application with minimum 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap.(c) Applying bituminous primer @ 1.2 kg/Sqm and applying one coat of bituminous aluminium paint at the rate of 0.3kg/sqm Note : The laying of membrane shall be got done through an authorized applicator of manufacturer of APP membrane.

M&L for dual coat of aluminium paint over the top surface of APP on roof complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 , as in ceiling, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement with required slope complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for three coats white wash on ceiling undecorated surfaces including preparation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 Nominal mix using 40mm crushed stone aggregate as in sub base floor including formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for 60mm thick interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment of any size and shape confirming to IS 15658-2006, M - 40 Grade laid in flooring and joints filled/broomed with fine sand complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc., n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge. Note : Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under ‘Structural Steel'

S&F Mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, Tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.(Fe-410-W(Gde E-250) Quality-A) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F rolled Mild steel work as in compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and like including caps bases, splices etc built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates or pipe section including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates etc..(Fe-410-W(Gde E-250) Quality-A) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not other wise described complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for painting one coats of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not other wise described complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for preparation of old concrete surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth not other wise described with two coats of synthetic enamel painting (ordinary tint) including preparation of old concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F in repairs pre painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for laying 80mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block reflective type any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-40 Grade complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M & L for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30cm x 25 mm thick, set and jointed neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured or grey cement match with pigment, over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cm 1:6 etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M & L for 300 x 300 x 10mm thick coloured heavy duty vitrified exterior chequered tiles as in floor/wall set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick cement mortar in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for 50mm thick Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring /Hard standing / roof padding and similar work etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for providing Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 Nominal mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bed plates/ coping/kerbs/water trough roof curbs / mud stops / flooring/Hard standing and similar works surface finished even and fair including formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L in repair 3.5mm dia GI chain link fencing with PVC coated 50mm x 50mm mesh including fixing of MS flat iron, Rod & bolts to fencing posts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge. (Note: Supply only Flat iron, Rod & MS bolts shall be measured & paid under relevant item of Schedule)

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply only Mild Steel work as posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 ® complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply only Mild steel rag or lewis bolts, dia of necks is 12mm screwed one end, with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end enlarged and jagged or lewised, n.exc 15cm long complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F in repairs for stainless steel of grade SS-316, mirror polished square/rectangular/circular pipe of different sizes for structural shed, balusters, railing and similar works including stainless steel arc welding and bright finishing by polishing with grinding etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Taking down shrubs / vegetation growth from crevices completely, upto any height with all safety equipments including breaking the surrounding masonry/ PCC and pouring necessary herbicide & filling PCC 1:2:4 using 12.5mm stone aggregate /CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered wall surfaces and applying one coats of acrylic weather coat emulsion based premium quality matt finish exterior antifungal paint with one coat of primer as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered wall surfaces and applying one coats of cement based paint (any colour) as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for marking Strips, Lines, Dashes, Arrows, Letters etc of 2.5 mm thick [Reflective Type] of colour White or Golden Yellow on roads, pavements and the like exceeding 10cm wide with Hot Thermo Plast material by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heater, driven by skilled operator on road surface including cleaning the road surface of all dirt, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type B2 Nominal mix 1:2:4 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in surface channels and drains including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.
