Charges for removing and re fixing the perforated particle board with anodized aluminium grid construction of 38x38 mm ‘ T’ and forming 600x600mm panels complete with various members for fastenings and fittings suspended from the roof.
Charges for dismantling the ideal duct length(17.5m) from Mini conference hall up to the duct branch near JE turbine office wall and providing dummy at the end. Cutting the duct for dismantling wherever necessary for easy handling to lead to the station battery room.
Charges for Providing and dismantling two legged Scaffolding using casurinas props and with wooden planks for erecting the duct at unit II station battery room of height from ‘0’ to ‘10.5’m of length 10mx1m cost of all materials, all labour charges, lead, lift etc., complete.
Charges for Fabricating ‘L’ shaped supports with angle size 50x50x5mm of length 450mm welding on the beams to support and also grouting in the wall with Anchor bolt 12mm as required in the size and plastering the released duct portion open wall area (Angle will be supplied by board)
Charges for Fabrication of New GI Duct of size 300mm x 460mm for N/E Room of all unit I to IV and shortage of duct for Station battery SWGR room (0.8mm Thick GI Sheet will be Contractor scope) This works involves Sheet cutting, bending, folding’s, drilling holes in the Flanges.
Charges for Erection of New GI Duct of size 300mm x 460mm for N/E Room of all unit I to IV and Erecting the duct of size 300x300mm and400x400mm in the 220V DC distribution Station battery SWGR room and leading , lifting to the position
Charges for fabrication of spool piece for fixing Supply air grill of neck size 250X600mm and providing opening and fixing the supply air grill in the area were required proper air distribution. And also for providing dummy at the end of the duct.
