COMPREHENSIVE REPAIRS TO SECURITY AND COMPOUND WALLS, GATES AND GATE PILLARS, PATHS, FENCING AND OTHER MISC AT SRINAGAR UNDER AGE B/R-II OF GE MINNIE BAY, SRI VIJAYA PURAM

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level) etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick Cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing.finishing the surface even & smoth without using extra cement all as directed.

Dismantling of Stone sett paving/inetrlocking tiles of any description or thickness laid dry or laid dry and pointed and remove from MoD Land complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of 55 mm thick silicon moulded paver blocks of square shape with natural stone texture finish, made using high-strength concrete (M-30 grade or above), vibrated and compacted in precision moulds. The paver blocks shall have a uniform size and slip-resistant laying over 50 mm sand cushion all as completed as per Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in floorings, finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing serviceable tiles to stores and rubbish off the premises etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying vitrified parking tiles of sizes (600X600) of 15 mm thickness conforming to IS 15622 in all colors and shades in outdoor floors and skirting meant for parking of cars and trucks,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC Type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm Stone Aggregate) parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, kerb stop rounded or chamfered in edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as directed.
