M&L brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight of curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster or lime plaster of any description from stone or brick wall/ ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water and disposing off the rubbish materials out side MD land including necessary working platform complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick walls finishing even and smooth (with out using extra cement)etc including necessary working platform complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on brick walls finishing even and smooth (with out using extra cement)etc including necessary working platform complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick plastering on ceiling surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5cu m, getting ut,returning,filling in & ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding, 25cm watering & removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embeded in concrete, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specfied and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specfied andas directed.

M&L cement concrete (1:3:6) (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for rolled mild steel joist, channel, angle, or tee section, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. as in post conforming to Fe 410 W (gde E-250 quality B).

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised chain link fencing of approved size or type weight as directed per square metre as approved.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured

S&F Mild steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required for securing chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for framed work such as grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, barred iron doors, iron gate, ladders; framed balusters, ways : railing : frame work of watertanks and similar work conforming Fe-290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring, finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of interlocking tile 60-80mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick sand cushion under paver block or interlocking tiles floor including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Providing cement concrete with type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamferred angles and throating as directed.

Demolition of re-inforced cement concrete (re-inforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any descriptions, in Ground floors not exc 150mm thick, above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Reinforced cement concrete (Nominal mix) type B1 (1:2:4) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) walls any thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing RCPC factory made 75mm precast RCC cover slab of 3MT load bearing capacity conforming to IS : 12592 (Grade M-30) 3 for drain cover and manhole cover, Complete all as specified and directed. Make : RCPC.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) kerbs stone rounded or chamfered on edges as in edge of path, hard standing built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of deposited earth , silt debris from covered drain after shifting of drain cover and placed the drain cover to its original positon after cleaning of drain complete excavated earth shall be removed outside MD land exc 1.5 KM but not exc 5 KM distance complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings

S& F Pre painted galvatume aluminium Zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding fixed with self taping screws as specified.

M&L for pre-polished cement concrete designed coloured pavement tiles glossy finish of size not less than 400 x 400 x 20mm thick or equivalent size as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles and laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including preparation on new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.
