Taking down old cement / lime plaster on brick or concrete surfaces etc including racking out joint, hacking for key screbbing down with water etc.complete all as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering cement plaster in Cement Mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished fair & even without using extra cement complete al as specified.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surface on wall in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. and segregation serviceable bricks, keep them staking for re use complete all as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 etc,complete all as specified.

All as per Srl item No 5 hereinbefore but except brick work built in Cement Mortar (1:4) complete all as directed. (Note :- Serviceable bricks shall be obtained from Srl item No 10 hereinbefore for re-use)

M&L for 40 mm thick precast cement concrete jallies using cement concrete 1:2:4 Mix, Type B0 (Using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches n'exc 1.5 m width and n'exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc n'exc 10 sqm on plan and n'exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc 250m but n.exc 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling, mass concrete etc complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain including saucer drain and toe wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain, or channel, 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred, stopped ends, complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct from item No. 13 for each 25 mmm girth or part thereof over or under 30Cm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- For adjustment only and quantities may be varied (Plus/Minus) to any extend as per site requirement.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates, as in kerb/ benching/ coping, bed plates, for fixing of hold fast, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates, as in benching, using pigment of any tint / shade in cement, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or brick wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including a coat of primer of same make on walls complete all as specified.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in fixing of concrete jallies (Jafri) on and above the brick work upto a height not exc 3.0 M and in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars as in reinforcement, 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming complete and all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing the debris to a distance not exc 2.5 Km from the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC, 1:1.5:3 Mix, type A1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in cover slab, set in Cm 1:4, including necessary fair finish formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, embedded in Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc. including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as directed.

All as per sl item No. 27 hereinbefore but embedded on natural ground. Complete all as directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh,any type and remove from site of work,complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling, mass concrete etc complete all as specified.

M &L for mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, running bars, for chain link fencing including embeding in concrete and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

Supply only MS screw, bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exceeding 5cm and not exceeding 10cm long and dia of bolt etc, complete all as specified.

Supply only galvanised chain link fencing of size, aperture and dia of wire of any size or type as approved by Engr-in -charge etc, complete all as specified. (Note :- (i) Fixing charges will be measured and paid separately under relevant item hereinafter. (ii) Weight of frame will be ascertained by the BOO before incorporation in work.)

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel/iron surfaces exceeding 10cm width or girth.complete all as specified

Demolition of PCC in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level and removing the debris to a distance not exc 2.5 Km from the starting point. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone agg) as in floors finished even and smooth with out using extra cement including necessary construction joints complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick machine pressed,coloured, glossy finish(rubber moulded) precast cement concrete interlocking pavers/ tiles Grade M-35 made with grey cement and pigment any size ,pattern and shape as approved by GE, laid dry over and including 50 mm thick sand cushion in patterns with different colour paver block /tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling exixting sunken interlocking paver block of any description, size and pattern and relayng the same, in same or any other location and matching the same with existing surfaces including provision of sand cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine made chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE:- Site clearance of materials- All demolished material obtained from dismantling/demolition items shall be deposited at place shown by Engr-in-charge properly spread and levelled and site to be cleaned to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge otherwise panel recovery to a sum of Rs. 10000.00 be deducted from dues without any prior intimation.
