Providing two legged scaffolding using 48.30mm dia heavy duty M.S pipe over all height 3.00m the distance two legs being 1.25m and the spacing of the post being 2.00m in case rows and providing platform with country wood planks using 40mm thick silver oak and 1.00m wide in complete from with horizontal bracing @ 1.50 c/c vertical direction and with cross bracing using same 48.30mm dia M.S pipe including cutting threading assembly with one coat red oxide primer. Labour charges cost of specials such as largeb plate, catcher,coupling, bolt and nutt transport charges and handling charges. The bottom vertical post shall rest on 300x300x70mm thick, 1:2:4 concrete base as per the standard specification. The cross bracing to be assembled as per sketch enclosed.

Fabricating, Supplying and erection of iron vertical post made with ISMB 250 R.S Joints of following height and one number of 250 x 125 x 6.9mm size @ 37.30kg/m m.s plate is used on base plate and same is welded at bottom of the vertical post and one number of 300 x 300 x 12mm size m.s plate is used as gueset plate is welded at top of the same post and necessary holes are providing at the base plate and gusset plate at an appropriate places. the iron post is erected vertically in correct alignment position used with hydralic power crane and the post embeded on the R.C.C. concrete bed and tightend with base plate in anchor and using with heavy type nut. The rate including cost of materials, labour charges such as cutting, welding, drilling, power consumption charges, etc complete., and the iron members are painted with one coat of anti corrosive at sincromat primer and with two coats of best enamal paint, and loading and unloading charges conveyance and loading, I.C., etc. complete., and as directed by the departmental officers.
Supplying, fabricating and placing truss using MS square tube of size 60mm x 60mm x 4mm thick @ 6.71kg/m for top and bottom and the intermediate support using MS square tube of size 40mmx40mmx3.20mm thick @ 3.49kg/m with necessary base plate 12mm thick @ 94.20kg/m2 and cutting to the required size, welding, grinding neatly and conveying the same at work spot and erecting the post with necessary painting with two coats of SEP over a coat of primer, etc., complete complying with std. spn and as directed by the deptl. officers.
Supplying, fabricating and placing purlin / horizontal / diagonal support using MS rectangular tube of size 60x40x3.20mm thick @ 4.50kg/m and cutting required size welding, grinding neatly and conveying the same at work spot and erecting the post with necessary painting with two coats of SEP over a coat of primer etc complete complying with std. spn and as directed by the deptl. officers.
Providing and Fixing of polyurethane foam for Sloped roof as thermal insulation panels or Sandwich insulated panels with external 0.50mm total coated thickness pre painted Galvalume sheet with trapezoidal roofing profile having crest height of 38mm at every 333mm span, whereas internal 0.50mm total coated thickness pre painted galvanized iron sheet with micro ribbed profile and the insulation material will be chlorofluoro carbon and hydro chlorofluoro carbon free, high performance rigid polyurethane foam (PUF) conforming to IS 12436 having density not less than 40±2Kg/M3, Thermal conductivity (K-Value) 0.024 W/m.K measured at 10 degree C mean temperature along with necessary flashings such as L flashing, C flashing, etc., & accessories such as screws, fastners, sealants, etc., for fixing the panel, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of Louvered Ventilators of size 1.20mx1.06m made using colour galvalume sheet of 0.47mm thick using necessary cutting, bending for the formation of required profile and fixing using necessary suitable fasteners in proper position for throughout ventilation. The rate includes cost of materials, fabrication, labour charges for fixing, conveyance, etc., complete complying with std spn, and as directed by the deptl.ofiicers (The ventilator should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work)
Providing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door: Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (UPVC) sections.The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm.The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals.Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outside. Glazing: The window system should be glazedwith 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison lam Installation: The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber. The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and driving ms electroplated screws into plug.
