Providing and fixing in position Gypsum board false ceiling with 12.5 mm thick Gypsum boards, screwed/fixed to the under structure of suspended G.I. Grid constructed and suspended from the main ceiling consisting of ceiling sections of size 25 x 50 mm maximum center to center distance of 600 millimetre perimeter channel and intermediate channels at maximum center to center distance 1200 millimetre galvanized grid should be fixed to reinforced cement concrete slab. The gypsum board should be fixed to galvanized iron grid with necessary screws. The boards should be taped and filled from underside to give smooth, seamless ceiling. The rate should include necessary additional ceiling sections and intermediate channels. Additional intermediate channels should be fixed to strap hangers for additional support to prevent strapping at every 1200 millimetre item to be completed in all respect including necessary sleeves for ducts finishing of joints cut outs, painting including labour, material, lifts etc. all complete.

Providing and Fixing Mineral Fiber Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with Fine Fissured (Beveled Tegular) Edge Tiles of size 15mm Exposed Grid. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%,NRC 0.6, Light Reflectance 85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Color White, Fire Performance UK Class 0 / Class 1 (BS 476 pt - 6 &7) in module size of 600 x 600 x 16mm , with Recycled content of 31 %. The tile shall be laid on precoated G.I channel height of 32 with 15 mm wide T - section flanges color white having rotary stitching and XL2 CLIP on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm and 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 32mm and a load carrying capacity of 7.57 Kilograms/M2 and pull out strength of minimum 100 Kilograms.. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per M2 and need to be installed with Suspension system, etc. complete.

Providing and fixing tiled false GI Metal Ceiling Lay in plain Tegular edge Global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm, and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of G I sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending, in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanized butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.e of 50 metres or spreading in the compound and cleaning the site etc.complete.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Response indicator for all existing detectors located above false ceiling (The above ceiling detectors are already installed. The integration of RI with detector and existing repeater/ main fire panel is in vendor scope).

Fixing of UL Listed Sprinkler Flexible drop pipes (1000 mm long) made of Corrugated SS Tubing to with stand 16 Bar pressure connected with Pendant type 15mm dia CP gunmetal / brass sprinkler head with all necessary required support accessories with false ceiling framing work. Note - 1)All the necessary fitting like rosette plate,support, nut bolt and draining out the floor pipe line etc in vendor scope. 2)The flexible drop pipe will be provided C-DAC 3)The existing installed pendent sprinkler to be removed and refix to Sprinkler flexible drop pipe. Rate shall be quoted by considering all above points.
