Supplying of all materials , Labour & T&P for laying sub-base in layers not exceeding 100 mm. watering and compacting to required density in OMC with P.R.R. but excluding costs conveyance of sub-base materials.

Providing laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to "WET MIX MACADAM" specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th Revision).

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60Kg/M2 using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H specification for road & bridge work (4th revision) (Data for 3500M2)

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and applying tack coat over granular surface treated with primer etc complete.

Providind and laying "BITUMINOUS MACADAM" with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with Bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen transportred to site laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with mechanical control to the required grade level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled vibrating and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works. Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydro static paver finisher with mechanical control to the required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tendem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for road & bridge work.
